Love my Koda 16. Once I figured out the best way to launch my pizza, everything has been great! Lots of fun to create my own pizzas.
Excellent customer service, I love my Koda 12 but there was a fault the attempts to resolve it were prompt and helpful but sadly it didn’t resolve the issue. I now have a new one on the way. The customer service completely exceeded my expectations
The best pizza oven one can have who is a pizza lover. I also do recommend their recommended flour because it makes such a huge difference in the dough. Amazing product 🙂
I purchased my Ooni several months ago and have enjoyed every minute! Over the weekend, my stone unfortunately cracked but no worries! After contacting Ooni Customer Service, they informed me that a replacement stone was on the way! Great customer service!

The glass on my Ooni Pro over door broke, so I reached out to see about a replacement. I was immediately offered a replacement part. When I discovered that I had stripped my Allen bolt and couldn't remove the broken glass, the support team walked me through some steps to try to loosen the bolt. When that didn't work, they offered to replace the door entirely. Such attentive and prompt customer service is so rare in this age of AI and chatbots. I was blown away by all of the service agent's sense of urgency and concern. I love my Omni pizza oven. This experience just make me love the brand even more. Thank you!
Ooni KODA 16 holder ikke hvad den lover. Efter 2 1/2 år bobler den op på stålskjoldet på trods af original cover, ekstra cover og en overdækket terasse. Jeg har henvendt mig til Power hvor jeg har kønt den, men ikke mødt forståelse, da garantien er udløbet ……Jeg kan ikke anbefale køb med den baggrund
Stone broke after about 6 months of use. One support message later, and a new stone is on the way to me already, no questions asked. A+
Unfortunately the handle on my Ooni was damaged during a storm. My request for a replacement part was quickly processed and a new handle is on the way - at no cost to me!! Fast, friendly and very efficient customer service - I wish more companies put the customer first like Ooni!! Thank you.
