tracking number doesn't work & they keep sending the same link over and over again which ISN'T arriving for days - more days than the shipping time and isn't arriving and customer service no help as they just send the same link to something not valid
I never received my order. They proposed me to resend it or refund me : I choose the first option but since the 29th April I'm waiting. It's the first time I have such problem with an order and the customer service on order to get a response... I'm really disappointed because I live this brand.

I had a very good experience with both the products and the customer service. I bought a shirt which is nice and good quality and some underwear which I had to give back because I am between sizes and they were a bit too big for me. There were some shipping complications but the customer service was super friendly and helpful and the return went well. So far I have always been pleased with both the products and the experience with the company.

..bought rib stretched shorty knickers because of the free postage offer - find 8 quid for something that could/should be put in an A5 envelope absurd - its as much as I pay for a 15kg sack of dog food plus a tray of a dozen tins! Usual core briefs hadn't been available in size/colour for ages, but shorty's are much more flimsy (won't last long!), with annoying an itchy back seam and quickly cut off labels!
Qualität und Größenangabe leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Kosten für eine Rücksendung liegen bei 7€. Eine erneute Bestellung muss man sich sehr genau überlegen.

Very nice costumerservice and a real focus on climate-responsibility and etics! It is a bit hard to find the right sizes, and the sizes aren’t similar to other brands…
Although the quality of items is in general good, elastic bands tend to lose their rubber lines unpleasantly. The shipping to Estonia takes surprisingly long and is not cheap at all.

Je suis très mécontent de leur manque de réaction,et du peu d'intérêt qu'il porte à leur client. Je reste en attente de l'envoi d'un bon retour ou d'un remboursement

I work as a physical therapist and was struggling to find a bra that would breathe for those busy, busy days. I was getting sweat-rashes from other bras, and the cotton products have been so great for my active job working with patients in the hospital or clinic. I will be ordering some more when I need to! I like how the wireless plunge bra can be crossed in the back for more support and how comfortable it is for work. Keep up the good products!
