Excellent customer service!!! I had made a mistake when I placed an order and they were able to intervene and rectify the mistake I made. I recently received my coat and I’m in LOVE with it! It’s a “must have” when you are winter sports or out and about in the cold. Total game changer!!!

The switch went bad, the light no longer lit resulting with no ability to turn on the heat in the vest. I contacted ORORO customer service and they stood firmly behind their product, stepped up and took care of business. From receipt of the returned vest through to replacement delivery, Hong kept us informed on a timely basis every step of the way. Fantastic experience! To date, we’ve purchased five vests for ourselves and family members as gifts. We will continue to purchase more confident in ORORO’s unwavering dedication and commitment to quality and providing an excellent customer experience. If you already own one then you know how great these vests are. If you do not then treat yourself or a family member to one!!

I would have given 1000 stars if possible. Dear Ororo, You have changed my life, you are better and more useful than my boyfriend. I can always relay on you and your support, you've never failed me and you only have hots for me! haha This heated vest is a game changer for someone like me - a Hashimoto disease sufferer, with a very low threshold for feeling cold, and mentally struggling when experiencing cold, which is very often. I got this vest in Oct 2023 and since then it has been a faithful companion almost everyday. I have washed it multiple times - I got a light beige colour and any stains, foundation make up for the most part, just vanish after a gentle bath in a washing liquid. ORORO is absolutely amazing and the customer service is out of this world. My button stopped working and I was so upset because I NEED my heated jacket or I’m not going no where. I let Customer Service know my button stopped working and they were quick to help and offer me a replacement. They are absolutely amazing

I ordered a heated vest and it didn't come with a battery. I was so disappointed. I thought the process for getting either a battery or a different vest would take forever! But, I have to say that the customer service at this company far exceeded my expectations. Both Hong & Marj were so very pleasant to work with. I had a replacement within 4 days of me reaching out to the company. I would definitely buy from this company again. Very impressed. Oh, and I LOVE my heated vest!

Great Customer Service!

I have the ORORO vest and only wore it twice and the battery would not charge. Because of the weather at the time of purchase, it had been nearly a year since I bought it. I contacted customer service (specifically Canny) and they were very friendly and helpful. They replaced my battery and charger for free. I greatly appreciate their wonderful customer service.

ORORO goes above and beyond!

I recently had a refund issue through Walmart online when returning an ORORO women’s heated vest. While Walmart was at fault and made it a complete miserable situation with no desire to resolve the matter, ORORO went above and beyond with their customer service. They were very quick to respond and take care of the situation even though it was Walmarts case to handle. Next time I will order directly through ORORO. They are an exceptional company and have amazing products. Thanks again ORORO!

Got wrong size but exchange was quick and easy

My partner received an Ororo vest as a birthday gift. Although it did not fit properly, we were able to exchange it for the correct size with the help of a wonderful customer service representative named Jay. Via several emails, Jay promptly answered all of our questions about sizing (Men's Tall is 3 inches longer than Men's Regular), exchange policy, product availability and shipping costs (exchange shipping is free). We are pleased with both the Ororo vest itself and the great customer service and would happily recommend Ororo to anyone interested in a rechargeable battery-heated vest or jacket.

Poor quality, no support

I purchased Ororo gloves in February of 23 and in March of24 the finger seam split. I contacted support and was told that only heating elements are covered by warranty regardless of time, no exceptions. The product was clearly poor quality and defective but I was literally left out in the cold by this company. Save your money. In response to Ororo. There's a difference between wear and tear and poor quality. This would be like an auto manufacturer saying, "well, there's nothing we can do about the fact that the wheels fell off your car after you drove it 20 miles. After all you did drive it." This company is extremely disappointing.

Just had a great experience of customer service with ORORO. Needed to return a battery under warranty and Sue made it a pleasant, effortless task, taking all the stress out of it for me. Fantastic product & company !

I was amazed how quickly this team responds in correspondence. I sent my first inquiry in the evening not expecting to hear back until the next day or longer. Within THE HOUR I had a return email !!! Each step of the process in resolving my issue was clearly and quickly conveyed. Not to mention, my heated vest was a lifesaver this winter on the job (I am a rural mail carrier).
