Hello My order #6711 arrived without the ball component required. I have raised this a couple of times with info@oscillot but no one responds. Can't install as is and not sure how/who to contact?
I bought a small part to replace a broken piece. The express postage I was charged didn’t help with prompt delivery - well over a week from order to arrival. Most of which was before it was sent.
Love our oscillot fencing. Finally a cat proof fencing solution that looks sleek and does the job. We don’t have to worry about our precious ragdoll escaping and being missing for a few days anymore!! Highly recommend this product!!

Everything perfect and on time
This is my third, and biggest, order. It came much more quickly than anticipated, which was great. My contractor just finished installing all the rollers which look good at the tops of my fences. Of course, if I could have just gotten my cats to understand English for 10 minutes to explain why they shouldn't leave, I could have saved a lot of time and trouble.
Products are good but shipping is very slow, glacial compared to other companies.
I've requested a refund and still have not received a response. This is very frustrating considering the small window consumers are given (30 days from the time of invoice, not arrival of the product), doubled by the high cost of this product.

Using Oscillot has been easy...from the purchase-delivery-installation.
The product is good overall. Sometimes installation can be a little bit tricky when it comes to things like the gate, but it is good otherwise. I had to come up with my own solutions to get the cat to stop climbing the gate or getting the cat not to jump in the Window sill outside which the cat used as a step to jump the fence. The cat can sneak below the fence as well, and I had to come up with solutions for that.
Website explanations made it easy to figure out what I needed. Excited to install and test out!
The shipping cost was way too high. When Amazon ships most anything for free, $27 shipping for one 4' unit is too much.
Great product works well looks good easy to order delivered promptly. Highly recommend this product I have 3 cats none have managed to get over the fence,

I got excellent advice and help in measuring and selecting all the products I needed to cat-proof our yard. The team at Oscillot took my measurements and calculated exactly what I needed to cover our fenceline without waste or shortfall. The product itself is truly excellent. Easy to install once you get the hang of things and totally effective (provided you follow the guidelines and remove other climbing aids). We nearly lost one of our cats before finally installing Oscillot. Now, we can let our furry family enjoy roaming in our yard without having to be 'helicopter parents' watching their every move and constantly checking to see where they are. TOTALLY worth the investment.
Shopping from the web site is OK. The delivery arrived in time. But the packaging was poor. 2 of the 17 paddles are damaged and the Cardboard box was nearly open. Since nothing is lost and I will have to cut some paddles anyway I will not return the delivery. To be continued after installation
