UPDATE 2: they sent confirmation I was not charged and cancelled the order. I still don’t know if they are legit or not but the fact that it took reporting them on trust pilot to get a reply will keep me from ordering from them in the future. UPDATE 1: Received an email this morning saying that even though the item I ordered was NOT marked out of stock (and shipping was inaccurately reflected), there is nothing they will do. I requested to cancel my order immediately and get a refund confirmation by EOD. They did not reply. I don't trust this company. Reporting them to my credit card company for fraudulent business practices. Original Post: Writing in hopes of getting an email reply. ordered a pair last night that did not say it was out of stock. received this email this am: Your Balmain B - GRAND BLUE SWIRL GOLD/BLUE SHADED 57/14/145 glasses will be in stock in 20-25 working days and after that we will send you the tracking number to confirm the shipment by email. I replied asking for a discount for the unexpected delay. No reply yet and now reading these other reviews I’m concerned if I will receive my sunglasses/if they will be authentic. I paid with cc thank god so just need to know asap if I need to report the charge as fraud.

Don’t be tricked by the positive reviews - this company is a scam! I ordered sunglasses and they were in stock, then they told me they don’t have availability and must wait 2 weeks. They refused to refund - I had to open a PayPal case to get action. This is a SCAM company - please be aware - they sell items that they don’t have in stock…. They only acted once I raised the PayPal case.
The team at OttocaNet was so helpful!!! We have an event in London and needed a specific pair of sunglasses for a look! Not only did they get the glasses for us, they got them to us in time for our departure flight! They engaged the whole time and offered different solutions for a “Just In Case” scenario! Je suis scandalisée je veux rendre les lunettes que j’ai commandé car elles ne me plaisent et le formulaire en ligne à remplir ne fonctionne pas comme par hasard je suis à deux doigt de faire un scandale !!!!!!!!
Bisher war ich zufrieden mit Otticanet, auch wenn Rückerstattungen etwas dauern. Ich habe eine weitere Brille bestellt, die als lieferbar gekennzeichnet war und das Geld wurde sofort über Paypal abgebucht. Im Nachhinein erhalte ich eine E-Mail, weil man 20 - 25 working days, also durchaus über einen Monat, warten soll, weil die Brille nicht lieferbar sei. Das man Brillen als lieferbar kennzeichnet, die nicht lieferbar sind und dennoch sofort den Kaufpreis abbucht, finde ich unseriös. Nachtrag: Heute, 10.04.24, ist die schöne neue Brille wie bestellt eingetroffen. Vielen Dank hierfür! (Insofern bleibt nur der "Makel", dass die Brille nicht sofort lieferbar war wie ursprünglich angegeben und die Abbuchung rd. 4 Wochen vor der Lieferung bzw. sofort nach der Bestellung erfolgte.)
