I was slightly concerned about using Panamoz because of the issue of grey imports but took the plunge. They had a Canon 200 - 800 lens in stock which I wished to purchase prior to going on a photographic trip. I didn’t have much time before the trip and wrote to see if delivery could be expedited. Customer service couldn’t have been better and they ensured I obtained my pristine lens in plenty of time, even though it came from Hong Kong. Five days from ordering to delivery. Excellent price point and long guarantee. Delighted I used the company.

With a three year warranty on what you buy it's a no brainer, i ordered a lens it arrived very quickly once i was informed they had it in, i cannot praise them enough it is the go to place for any camera kit

Absolutely first class service. I recently bought a Nikon Z8 body together with Nikkor Z 180-600 lens. They arrived promptly and safely. However, after just two weeks the Z8 developed a fault (failed to retain the sd card). Within 24 hours of reporting this fault I had all the labels to return the camera by dropping it at my local UPS collection point and exactly 1 week after dropping it off the replacement camera was safely delivered. Well done Panamoz! Brilliant service.
