Bowling Shirt Stained

Purchased a bowling shirt and put it on for the first time. Noticed deodorant had gone through the shirt. Immediately took shirt off and washed, shirt left stained/ruined. Not wore once, customer service offered nothing and just blamed standard deodorant I use daily never having the same issue.

misleading returns process led to my loss

I returned 2 of 3 items from order #335354 due to sizing. I followed the returns process. My label only had a QR code. I was directed to a parcel drop box (not post office) using the link provided. After posting, I was concerned it didn’t seem right. Having reported it to Reveni, they have confirmed the guidance was incorrect, apologised for the issue and said the process has been updated. But unfortunately, I have never had my return processed because no one knows where it has gone. I’ve wasted lots of time corresponding with Reveni and Royal Mail and am now left £139.50 out of pocket. I’m very unhappy with my experience and the lack of response from P&Co. Reveni have at least tried to help. Shame as a new brand for me and this has soured things.

Item I ordered was too small. They charged me $25 for the return shipping. I'm now out of pocket with nothing to show for it

I have been waiting since January 2024…

I have been waiting since January 2024 for a reply I have been waiting since January, for customer service to get back to me,. I ordered two jumpers, both the same size, (meduim) 1 in blue, the other in white, For some reason, the Blue one is a lot smaller in the body than the white, Arms and neck all ok,but the body is very short. Great design, solid quality. I had order multiple pieces from this company in the past, all of which fantastic quality, I did however receive an order with some faulty goods. There was a bit of confusion between me and the company when it came to communication, so I was surprised when the owner reached out to rectify the problem. Just goes to show how much he cares, plus the replacement products were all perfect!

Frais de retour non pris en charge

J’ai commandé une chemise, en utilisant le guide de taille et en me référençant à ma taille habituelle. Malheureusement, la chemise en question s’est révélée trop petite. Aimant bien le produit, j’ai décidé de solliciter un retour pour obtenir une taille au dessus. Et la … surprise ! Le retour est à ma charge, jusqu’en Angleterre, soit 20euros de frais d’envoi, pour un produit acheté à 61 euros !! J'ai contacté le service client de la marque, qui n’a rien fait et ne m’a pas proposé une quelconque solution pour prendre en charge ces frais de retour … marque non fiable et à éviter !

According to Trust Pilot this company has been “offering incentives for reviews” which makes a lot of sense. Because their foundation me everything else about the company is just a copycat version of Huckberry. I only say this because I’ve shopped with Huckberry for a long time. I decided to try something different and I just so happened to stumble upon this company which looks very similar to Huckberry and their wax canvas jacket is 100% identical to Huckberrys Flint&Tinder (amazing jacket and wear weekly). P&Co looks very fishy

Cumbersome returns process.

Despite their acknowledgment of the returned goods, the journey to securing a refund has been exasperatingly slow. Which is not what they advertise. While I'm aware that businesses can be overwhelmed, we've now crossed into March and the order was placed and returned within early February. The customer service is VERY slow at responding, the website live chat doesn't work. Won't be using them again, hopefully I get my money back soon...

Delayed Customer Support Time

Very irritated by the fact that customer service is SO SLOW to respond to emails. I ordered a duplicate pair of pants by accident and emailed them immediately (within minutes of the purchase) to get one of them canceled. 4 days later, conveniently an hour after both pants shipped…they finally responded but they said there is nothing that can be done to cancel one of them. Now I have to ship the product back internationally when it arrives which isn’t cheap. I asked for a complete refund (which I most likely won’t get) because 4 days to respond to a problem is ridiculous and quite frankly, unacceptable. It’s been unpleasant communicating with them. Be wary.

Beware US customers

Beware US customers. 1. The irony of P&Co “USA” is that returns will be made to their original UK location and not in US. So expect to pay a lot to return your packages (ex: through UPS, it’s around $100). 2. The sizing is smaller UK vs US. I normally wear large, but the jacket I got felt like a medium. The sizing on their page is somewhat inaccurate. So if you plan on getting a shirt or jacket go one size up. 3. Little to no customer service. Final comment. I think if I lived in UK, this brand would be something I would buy from. But for this clothing brand to attempt to reach to US customers with little to no support is deeply concerning. Like you have to pay for your own shipping for returns is a red flag unless you’re from a small/family-owned business.

Customer service is non-existent

Bought a pair of trousers for Christmas that unfortunately were too small. Their customer service informed me of "instant exchange", where they would send the new size and I could return the old. I live in Denmark and sent the package on Dec 29th. The return service (Reveni) has informed me that P&Co has received and accepted my return (on Jan 9th and 16th). And I have heard absolutely NOTHING from P&Co. I have written to them, chatted with their chatbots and been told (rather rudely) that too many inquiries puts me in the back of the queue... Last time I wrote to the chatbot, I was told to wait 3 days for a response. That was three weeks ago. At this point I only want to get my money back. But it seems that I am stuck in the back of queue.

Beware if you're based in the USA.

Beware if you're based in the USA. Bought a few tshirts and of course they came out a different size than what is considered 'standard' here. They came out alot smaller and trying to return them is impossible since their custom cost is ALOT more than the value of the tshirts... Their response is 'we are working on resolving that for the future' but no, our problem is now. Dont shop here if you plan on never exchanging or returning it

Useless delivery and servide

Ordered a jumper which they somehow failed to deliver twice. After asking for a third redelivery the item was then out of stock. Don't know how it can be out of stock if its getting returned. All this has taken a month. Real pain.

P&Co is truly an amazing company

P&Co is one the the best companies I have ever come across in terms of customer service! I had ordered a few things and accidentally put the wrong address in, long story short instead of them replying tough luck and that it was my fault and my problem - they were so quick to Rectify the problem (the problem that really was my fault) Overall I couldn’t be more happy with the products and service, I will absolutely be ordering from them again and recommending this company to all my friends! Thanks P&Co!
