Sent me a fake.

Been using Prada Luna Rossa Homme Sport edition for years. Favourite scent. They've just very obviously sent me a fake item. Bottle is cheap as hell, nothing like the usual either, and the smell is weak and completely off, and has given me a rash. Disgraceful. Don't trust them, not worth it, and I guarantee the return process is conveniently tricky as hell too - will be taking this further than a simple return.

AVOID!! COMPANY IS NOT FOLLOWING CONSUMER LAW!!

I recently ordered a perfume from Parfumdreams, but when it arrived, the bottle was smashed due to their inadequate packaging. Understandably frustrated, I reached out to their customer support for help. Their response? They told me to make a DHL claim for the damage. Which I am not even legally obliged to do as the Consumer Rights Act 2022 states. Which I told them but they just ignored. I tried to follow their instructions anyway, but couldn't do it. Why? Because the parcel was sent through An Post after it was forwarded by DHL. So, I thought, maybe I can make a claim with An Post. Another dead end as the tracking number was not valid with them as it had a DHL tracking number, making it impossible to claim with An Post or DHL. What a mess! And let's talk about their customer support - slow and unhelpful doesn't even begin to describe it. Now I'm stuck waiting for a response, not knowing what to do next. Looks like I might have to take this to the small claims court or resort to a chargeback. My advice? Steer clear of Parfumdreams until they sort out their customer service and start following the law. Avoid this company like the plague.

Didn't get past order stage

I tried to order perfume costing > €85 but couldn't get past the order stage. The 'Street' field wouldn't accept my address and customer service was unhelpful (their only advice was to try a different browser). I discovered that the 'Street' field actually requires numbers - but this doesn't apply to me.

I purchased a blush, but it arrived completely shattered. Despite filing a complaint, I was directed to contact the delivery company, with no resolution provided. As a result, I incurred a loss. The customer service was abysmal, as they refused to take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit, placing the burden solely on the customer. Absolutely dreadful experience!"

Order number 148699048 Item number 128956 Customer complaint ticket number #60776689 I have spent €5000 on this website in the last 12 months. More accurately about 5080. I ordered a bamboo toothbrush in my most recent order. It arrived covered in mould. It's a €2.50 toothbrush. When I opened it I got mould all over my fingers as I didnt initially recognise it was mould. I contacted customer service, as this is a health risk. Should I have any kind of compromised health condition, this would be extremely serious. I contacted customer service, more to express my displeasure that to seek a refund. I genuinely could not care less about €2.50. Customer service have stated 3 times they won't do anything unless I provide photos. Meaning they want me to handle this product and packaging covered in mould. I won't be doing that, I'll be posting this item to the parfumdreams offices. I also contacted the manufacturer of the item at the same time, a Swedish brand. They replied the same day offering apologies and a replacement without any proof. I've spent €2.50 on their products. Compared to over €5000 in 12 months on parfumdreams. Honestly, just poor employees or poor bosses. It's a €2.50 toothbrush. They can have it back for free and keep the money, they can inspect the mould first hand and inhale all the mould they want.
