Terrible product. DO NOT BUY. Ordered rolling pin for myself & 4 for gifts. They do not work. Imprints do not work when baked. Tried with several diff doughs. SCAM.
After a brief mix up, I was sent the correct rolling pin and it’s terrific. Just the job! Correspondence was quick and problem solved. Thank you Pastrymade.
Extremely well made. I absolutely love it!! Came within a weeks time. I'm very excited about it. Smaller than a standard US rolling pin. But doesn't matter. I love it!
I ordered two rolling pins and they came quickly with the added extras as promoted on their website. The quality is beautiful and they were easy to use. I used the shortbread recipe that was in the enclosed recipe book. I'm not a frequent baker, but the designs are so fun and it was so easy I am ordering two more rollers!
I placed an order on november 26, 2023. After not hearing anything for weeks, I tried to contact customer support via email. They didn't respond until a week later, when they informed me my order was supposedly delivered at a pick up point. I did not previously receive a mail from pastry made that the order was shipped, they did not inform me of the company they used to ship the order, the company did not deliver at our address even though my partner was at home that day. I did not receive a message from teh delivery company that tried to deliver the package, nor that it had now been delivered at a pick up point. When asking pastry made about my order, they fail to respond in a timely fashion and only responded to 2 of my now 7 emails. Just now I hear the package has been returned because as they claim 'the customer was unable to retrieve the package at the UPS'. I ám the customer, I was nót unable, I was just not informed. I can only assume this is all a hoax and my order was never sent. It is now January 10, 2024. I placed an order on November 26, 2023 and paid €37 for the order including shipping. I still haven't received it and Pastry Made is making no effort to solve this matter. Again, I can only assume it is a scam. Don't waste your money here. Update January 16: I was contacted the day I added this review here and have now received part of my money back. So a quick response to ghis review. There was, however, no explanation as to why only part of the money was refunded and the same day they refunded part of my order, this review was flagged as not being genuine. So I now changed my 1 star review to a 2 star. Would have been 3, had they not flagged my review as not being based on a genuine experience. In short, not a hoax after all, but I would still never order here again.

The process was great and timely. The information from ordering and for delivery was all in a language that I could understand. I have ordered from this company before with great success! In addition, they have provided items that very helpful. I do highly recommend this company!
1st class, lovely products.
I received 2 rolling pins recently and was excited to try out the Christmas one today, imaging all the cookies I could make for presents, but despite tasting amazing, they came out of the oven with no image on. I used the spice recipe in the book, chilled the dough and oiled the roller as it kept wanting to lift the dough, and yet they are nothing like the photos I've seen. Please can anyone add further advice. The workmanship is amazing, the delivery was quick but a lot of money if they don't work. Thanks.

I have purchased twice from Pastrymade and have been very pleased with their products each time. Fast delivery, and their customer service is wonderful! They offered free square cookie cutters with the purchase of 2 rolling pins. I already had the square cutters, and asked through their online chat if I could have the round cutters instead with my most recent order. Today I received the round cutters in my order (along with 4 other freebies) and am so very happy! Dziękuję! 🥳
I just tried my new Christmas themed rolling pin using the cookie recipe that came with it. It worked really well and the cookies taste great too! The hints on the recipe helped .
The pin is of good quality. It arrived in time and the recipe booklet is very helpful. The pattern is clearly pictured at the cookies.
I am quite disappointed in this company. I placed my order for the rolling pin nearly three weeks ago. It has not arrived nor have I received an email, as they promised, that the item is ready to be shipped. Further, they have not responded to my follow up emails asking why I haven't received the item. The lack of communication is not a good reflection on the integrity of this company.

My rolling pins arrived so quickly from Poland, even earlier than promised. The workmanship is exquisite. My pins are for gifts. Can’t wait to hear what the recipients say. I was wise enough to keep one for myself!

The Harry Potter rolling pin is a gift for my wife, the detail is amazing and overall the rolling pin is really well crafted. Would definitely recommend!
