I find the staff in Pavers Blanchardstown very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it takes too long to arrive when ordered on line.
Needed a pair of wide fitting comfortable shoes, took a visit into whitewater shopping centre. The moment I stepped inside Pavers I was greeted with a lovely smile and the assistant informed me if I needed any help please just ask. Orla was the assistants name, and she was such a help I was able to sit on the seats whilst she ran around choosing different styles colours and sizes for me, nothing was too much trouble for her. The customer service was phenomenal, I was delighted with my purchase of two pairs of shoes! Orla listened to what I needed I will be back again.

Sylvia was both knowledgeable and professional with her help and made us feel valued as a customer. She went the extra mile with her expertise and we left very satisfied with our purchase.
Whichever Pavers I use, I find the staff are always really helpful. On this occasion, Kayleigh went to a great deal of trouble to find both a 6 and a 7 in the shoes I was interested in but couldn’t find on the shelves. I was tempted to buy both pairs, but settled for the 7 in the end. Thanks again, Shipley!
The staff are always pleasant and helpful in the stoke outlet store but I was helped on this occasion by a very nice lady named Linda B who was happy to go the extra mile to accommodate my need for bags and shoes to match for a wedding which I’m happy to say I managed to get. I find I can very often get fixed up for most types of footwear and it has become my go to shoe shop.
The Assistant Manager Carlie, in Tring Hertfordshire was so helpful and friendly when we came into store with a problem with my wife's slippers. Quickly sorted our problem and really made our visit a pleasurable experience. A credit to your company

I have bought quite a few pairs of shoes from pavers on line. Mostly they have been very good. However the sizing can be a little inconsistent, in my experience. I am UK size 4. Euro 37. This recent pair of shoes are a little on the long side. I will put insoles in them and some heel grips. I hope they will fit more snugly then. I also bought a pair of sandals last year that are a tiny bit short. Otherwise everything else has been very good
Been going to Pavers Port Solent for years. Love this store, the Manager and sales assistants are helpful, pleasant and informative. I've gone with friends who say that they don't mind me looking but won't buy themselves, who then leave the shop with at least one pair of shoes, and in 2 cases, leave with 3 pairs. LOL.Pavers cater for all ages and styles. Must confess I've gone in and been disappointed, bought nothing. On other occasions been spoilt for choice. It's my go to shop when I want to cheer myself up....I love shoes. Variety is the spice of life. ..
I have problems walking and need to wear a foot lift in my shoe. This means I have to be very selective on the type of shoes that I wear. Today I visited pavers at Port Solent Portsmouth and was served by Jo the assistant manager. She was most helpful and went out of her way to find the style of shoe that best suited my needs. after looking at lots of different styles, Jo found the perfect shoe for me for which I was very grateful. This is not the first time I have been into pavers in Portsmouth and each time Jo has been extremely helpful to me.
Julie the Assistant Manager at Pavers in Boundry Mill store at Walsall, I feel went beyond helpful today. I had tried lots of trainer styles today then Julie appeared, she understood what I needed & wanted and after being their a long time before she came to help me I was feeling at a loss to get any. But then everything changed & I came home with 2 pairs and one paired ordered too, due within a week. Thank You so much Julie, Ass Manager, you sure know your job.

I have brought shoes in the past and a very positive experience good quality and service however in February I ordered two pairs of shoes/two different orders when received both orders where completely wrong, one box was labelled on either end with wrong shoes inside, the other order was labelled correctly but again the wrong shoes inside, I emailed(a few times) and sent videos ( they stated they could not open) meanwhile I returned shoes, to date I have not received a apology and to add injury to insult they charge me for the returns even though it was 100% the company fault which I highlighted not to charge, any company can make a mistake or two in their case, but how they respond/correct is what makes a company stand out, I now at the lost of around €9 and of course missing an apology

I have just received my order of 3 pairs of pavers shoes. They are all a very small fit compared to other brands and all have to be returned, My problem is that this is the second time I have ordered multiple pairs of shoes and the second time they have provided at least one pair of filthy, used second hand shoes. When this happened to me before, I thought that perhaps it was error and decided to give them another chance. I mean, you look forward to receiving your lovely new shoes and when they arrive, 1 pair looks like they're from a jumble sale. It's such a let down and its not good enough. You don't pay good money for old shoes. If I wanted 2nd hand shoes, I would have gone to a charity shop and not to Pavers website. Get your act together Pavers. I won't be able to buy from you again.
Bought a pair of boots which looked good and were comfortable but after only 3 months they were cracked in the sole and couldn't be worn in rain. Then the side started opening up and then top of book just came apart. For the price of them I'd expect to at least get a year of wear!
