I’ve been cycling regularly for many years but have never had a bike fit. A friend recommended Nas at Pearson and I’m so pleased to have booked with him. Nas applies his expertise in a very easy going but thorough and scientific style. The session lasted over 3 hours but the time flew by and when finished I had a new, optimised, set up for my bike. The whole team are friendly and helpful - I absolutely recommend a bike fit at Pearson.
Bought a Forge with them a few months back, great experience. The shop staff were super helpful and answered my thousands of questions. The bike is fantastic! Now the weather has perked up I have been able to put some long days in on it and it performed amazingly. Would highly recommend the whole experience, thank you team!

Right from my first visit they were extremely helpful and clearly answered all my questions. They were not "pushy" and let me make the final choices for my bike. On top of this the Bike Fit was very valuable and informative and has made a great difference to my cycling.
Excellent service, as always. Extra big thanks to Wilf for fitting me in, talking through what was needed (and why) regarding component wear and tear following a long hard winter of very muddy gravel rides. Pearson always go the extra mile for their customers.
Nas was very friendly and informative, explaining the why of what he was doing as opposed to simply just changing the bike. I noticed an immediate improvement on my cycle home from the store.

The manoeuvre bibshorts themselves are great: loads of pockets, excellent strap arrangement and very comfortable chamois (did 50 miles straight out of the packet with no issues). However, the main reason for the 5 stars is the customer service. Had a slight issue with a courier service whose previous name rhymes with an STI and Pearson were straight on it. They were easy to contact and kept in touch. Couldn't have been better to deal with 👍🏻.
I thought I would wait til I had actually tested out the new Pearson Forge road bike before writing down my experience. I have known the Guy and Will at Pearsons for many years now but I had not bought my latest bikes from them. I live in France so there are complexities to just popping over to purchase. I mentioned to Will that I was looking to purchase another bike and we started talking about their new Forge. As always his professionalism and knowledge of the market is second to none and offered great advice on what I was looking for. The new Forge on paper did appear to meet my requirements. We spent the next month discussing the spec and finally I agreed to purchase. I flew back to London and spent the morning having a bike fit and adjusting parts so that I felt comfortable. The team on hand are superb and there was no rush to push me out the door. Items were changed, brackets adjusted until I was 100% happy. The bike has now been well tested in Mallorca including the 312 and this last weekend at Ironman Venice 70.3. I have to say the bike runs like a dream! Yes, I did spec dura race and the Enve 4.5 wheels but the bike is a fabulous achievement of speed and comfort. Well done boys you have surpassed yourselves on this one and it is good to see that 20 years since we first met your attention to detail and professionalism is still top off the scale! I can 100% recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a bike then you should at least have a chat to the Pearson brothers.
I recently purchased the Pearson Forge and can’t rate it highly enough. The Forge is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden as well as being fast and fun. The customer experience was also excellent: Nas is a highly knowledgeable bike fitter and was more than happy to make a number of small changes to the bike post-fit until I was 100% satisfied. A very different experience to other bike shops I have encountered in the past, where sales people rapidly lose interest after making the sale. It is also great that Pearson remains family-run with an impressive heritage (being the oldest bike shop in the world!)
Having now taken ownership of a third Magical Pearson bike I thought it time to say thank you and well done to team Pearson. It’s an excellent product, with fantastic people and a deep level of knowledge and service that is unrivalled. Well done Will, Guy and team Pearson.
Nas took the time to explain different aspects of the bike fit, listened to my questions, and provided detailed information on various aspects of the bike fit. He also answered questions unrelated to the fitting service and was very helpful throughout. Always received top service from Pearson and long may it continue. This is why I keep going back.
