I placed an order online and seconds after the order I got an email and noticed it was tinted moisturizer and not regular moisturizer so I called to try and change it and the lady was so rude and would not help me. She said order was already out for delivery and there is no way that happened within a minute. I have never had this kind of horrible customer service and if it is not resolved I will be changing brands. I have used Perricone for over 10 years but I will not tolerate being treated like this.
