The order never arrived, so I contacted customer service without much luck. After I keep insisting it take 5 emails to customer service replay, so when they say they back to you in 24h it’s a big fat lie ,after finally someone replay was been told the courier lost it and I been assured that will be full investigated,I agreed with a replacement instead money back, still waiting on it, appealing service, not professional and basically a bunch of lies, the order was on the 01/05 today is the 17/05 and the replacement order still not even been dispatched yet I checked my orders, I was told 3 days ago that it was going to be dispatched urgently with next day delivery, another bunch of lies, at this point I don’t even believe the order going to come so waste of money because obviously am not going to be refunded either. I have been a costumer for more than 15 years but after all this not anymore, it’s not like they care about the customers anyway.Horrendous customer service no respect or consideration for the customers .So it’s one star from me because it’s not possible to give zero
Arrived on time and the correct biscuits! The subscription is a good idea as it saves trying to find the items every month .
Item sent had a use by date of 1 week. Customer service experience was good and money refunded.
5 star for service, cost and delivery
I subscribed for my cat dry food delivery in January and forgot about it. I did not want that stuff again, but in April I received a message that I paid £23 for something. First, I thought I was scammed, then I found out about that subscription. I returned that dry food and have received a refund of £ 14. Obviously, I cannot be happy about that. Most of the companies send a reminder to their customers about up coming deliverys.

Every time I need to restock dog food I shop around. But always find my self back at pet supermarket . Because the prices are good with quality products free delivery over a certain price . So my dog buddy ends up with a few treats usually . All in all one stop shop
