Needed some Nexgard for my dog as its flea & tick season. Called and ordered and sent my vets prescription..no hassles, all good, got the package a couple of days later.

They were busy I pressed for a call back. Back they came shortly afterwards. Below it sais 'how to write a usefull review'I am not interested, I write as to how I find. Pet Drugs has always called me back when zu am unable to get through due to a multitude of callers. Every one of them that I have spoken to is lovely and makes my ordering so easy. Plus, and remember this, a great savings upon what your vet will charge. I order a month at a time, being retired, and not rich, this us easy upon my bank balance, and keeps me solvent. Long may they exist.
after a few orders I have to say the ordering and deliveries were really good, and any query I had was soon solved, I will continue to use Pet Drugs Online.

The process is incredibly slow. You need to send your prescription at least ten days before you need your medicine. Their approval takes 4-5 days, followed by a dispatch time of 2-3 days.
I had problems with my broadband so telephoned my order through. Excellent helpful service, ordér arrived within 24 hours. Harry the dog and me both very happy 🤗🐾🐾
My experience with these is terrible one week on and still no drugs and no response from emails. Maybe they just having a bad week it’s just a shame they leave poor animals to suffer while only thinking of a profit margin. I used these for the first time, sent the prescription over they emailed back asking for the 2nd page as I only sent first, this was fair enough rather pointless as you could see the full script on page one the 2nd page was blank bar more words that were standard print you could see full script and sign off on page 1. Anyway this went to spam as did all the other spam, with all the other marketing ones they seemed to send. So I agree and appreciate right delay because they want to be pedantic and have page 2, after no response happy to send a spam email but not bother to pick up the phone or even send another email to chase it up. Then I emailed them after finding this in my spam and they haven’t bothered to respond. Now I’m sure they will likely respond now I have left a review and they will say some crap about how something is the way they work and don’t use common sense or actually care about pets in pain trying to sugar coat how they have made a mistake but it won’t be there fault I bet. Watch out for the reply make sure to hit useful when you read this as it will show higher up the thread showing exactly what they are like.
