We were absolutely delighted with the service that we have had from PetsPyjamas. From the first initial call, Zahraa made finding the right hotel to suit our requirements very easy. Zahraa was consistently there to liaise with the hotel to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing seemed any trouble and every email, text and call was returned promptly. We can’t speak more highly of the PetsPyjamas team. Thank you so much for making what we thought was going to be a difficult task in to a very easy one.

We booked a holiday cottage "woodlands by the sea "in Deal Kent. The pictures of the cottage were lovely however when we arrived the outside of the property was lovely and the area was fantastic. The inside however was awful being dirty everywhere the furniture was what you would expect to find in a slum or a squat the sinks were all blocked ,the crockery mucky the floor was black ,the kitchen units were badly hand painted with the sink dirty with a old green bowl in it. There was not a vacume cleaner in the property just a broom and a dustpan and brush. so the upstairs carpets had not seen a cleaning for sometime. so many other complaints We complained on return to pets pjmamas who said they would contact the owner and never heard anymore from them

Terribly disappointed - given quote which was paid for, only to be told by PetsPyjamas that a mistake has been made so cancelled my booking. They then tried not to issue me a full refund even though it was their fault. Still waiting for funds to be returned 3 weeks later.
I have travelled with PetsPyjamas before and the experience was great but the service I received from Joanne Westcar was amazing.When I had problem with train strikes with a new booking, she went above and beyond to make sure I got another date without extra cost. This is just excellent Customer service. Thank you.
Thank you so much to Zahraa, who was extremely helpful this morning by assisting me in completing my hotel reservation, when I had a problem submitting in my credit card. Professional and friendly person at the other end of the phone line was very reassuring. Transaction eventually went through smoothly; and I am confident enough to recommend PetsPyjamas to others. The booking experience was made simple with the help from Ashley. I initially tried to book direct with the hotel, but was told they didn’t have anything for my dates. I decided to try PetsPyjamas and Ashley sent me a quote for the same dates at the same hotel, and when I added another night she quickly sorted it out and sent another quote within minutes. We haven’t had our Paws Break yet, but hopefully it will be as good as the service from Ashley at PetsPyjamas!

I previously booked summer 2023 and couldn't fault the accommodation at the Kings Head Inn so booked again for Easter 2024 - unfortunately my partner was admitted to hospital some weeks prior and was unable to travel so I gave plenty of notice to cancel and was informed I would receive a refund within 28 days. I still haven't received my money back and keep getting fobbed off with 'I will chase our accounts team' - it's now 7 weeks since I gave cancellation notice, my partner is still in hospital and I could really do with MY MONEY BACK ...
