Another excellent service. However I tried to send you a message re: my last order and I went through all the pages even talked to the bot and could not send you an email or message. That was very annoying.

Always provides a great service
Most of the time, routinely delivered but then more recently I have had a long time waiting for my prescription! Allegedly Lost prescription
I struggle to get out of the house at all currently, I was receiving delays & constant issues with keeping my supplies consistent. Requesting from my GP is a lot of effort when I’m having a really bad week with my health, then when the request is finally done, picking it up from my pharmacy is then a challenge. I also don’t want to rely on carers or other people to constantly get my medications, so I googled for postal pharmacies & pharmacy2u came up first. I downloaded the app, filled in rather minimal but effectively secure information & that was it. My prescriptions are now on my pharmacy2u app to request from gp & I simply wait and get my prescription delivery date. Definitely the future of prescriptions, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now (although I may need to for the blister packs)
The reminders that a prescription is due are really helpful. Requesting the medicines I require is so quick and easy. I really like how the meds are now being packaged - in a thinner layer that fits through the letterbox, saving me having to struggle to answer the door. I'd recommend.
Always arriva on time after I ordered my Tablet.

Always reliable and helpful. Deliveries are reliable and am kept informed at every stage once I place my order. As someone who needs daily medication, the reminders to order my repeat prescription are invaluable. Just takes some of the worry out of managing my condition.

Do not use this company. They are an absolute shambles for NHS Prescriptions. They have well an truly messed my medication up. Calling me up randomly asking for mt nhs prepay cert number which is already in my account and has been for a year then overcharging me, them telling me it was despatched, then telling me it was delayed and not despatched. No reason for it and customer service can't see why. Cancelling sending me a code no other pharmacy will take. I still dont have any medication. Customer Service is terrible. Stay away.
