I purchased a Punchball item from Phoenix for my Grandson for Christmas. There was a minor fault on the base attachment. Without delay Phoenix replaced the item which was received within 48hrs of my contact without any reservation whatsoever. A most courteous and efficient approach to excellent customer service. It could not be faulted. If other sellers adopted this customer focused approach, all buyers would be more than satisfied. Please continue with these standards of customer service.
