The ordering went super smooth and I got my Pinter quickly! The app and pinter are both super easy to use and I'm looking forward to my first one being done on Monday! It was a great early bday present to myself!
Very easy and simple.
Simple instructions with helpful animations. First brew was good, but I can see opportunities to tweak flavor and carbonation to my tastes.

Working on drinking my first batch, and made a few rookie mistakes, but the Pinter customer support team has been great. They were quick to respond to my questions, helped troubleshoot my brewing mistakes, and they are going to let me do a fresh press do-over at no expense to me. So far, I'm impressed. I'm a former home brewer excited to get back into making beer again. I must say, compared to the old ways of carboys, bottles, cooking, and large containers filled with sanitizing liquids, this Pinter is fantastically simpler. I'm really blown away by the one-container concept for the beer.
Would not recommend. It’s a good idea, not practical. Used my Pinter 2 three or four times, used the hopper once and it broke. The few times I used it, it was more of a hassle than pleasure. Hopper broke the one time I used it, very thin plastic part. No replacements available, offer £50 off a new one. So binned the thing, implore waste of money, would not recommend

On a per pint basis, not the lowest price when you include the price of the barrel. However what an excellent design, I honestly don't think you could make this an easier process. The barrel is so well thought out, easy to clean and it is so easy to setup a brew. You even get some moderate exercise in the process. I love using the yeast from the brew to make bread, one day I will perfect the home made prezel and will have the perfect combination. So money well spent.
What a great way to brew your own beer, I've had a Pinter now for over six months, it's simple, clean and straightforward with a great choice of beers. Also need to mention that I've had a couple of small issues regarding supply but this was sorted quickly, as the customer service is superb!
Been with pinter for a couple of years now and to be honest, I have always has positive experiences. Am I going to say everything pinter do is perfect? No I am not because what in life is perfect? Am I going to say that pinter treat its customers well? Yes I am, I recently had an issue with an order and I spoke with Gillian via Live Chat and although she couldn't sort out the issue I had raised straight away, she did email me back a short time later and everything resolved with an excellent outcome. Another happy customer who will be remaining with pinter for the long term.
The Pinter came with everything needed. It was really easy to use. I am that impressed that I have ordered a Co-Pinter and another beer. I had to contact the company re anothermatter (membership) and got excellent results.
I bought the Pinter 3 as a gift for my other half and he has just finished his first brew the Public House. He loved it. He was surprised how good it looked and tasted. So much so that he said he would like one brewing while drinking the other one. Looks like the spare fridge is going to be full of Pinters now instead of cans and bottles.

I had an issue with a pinter 2 and they helped to solve this easily and I ended up getting a big discount code for a pinter 3. They were extremely helpful. I only gave a 4 because when I ordered the pinter 3 it would only allow me to buy it if I added a brew which I did not need costing me an additional £18. Customer service is amazing though I just wish an offer wouldn't come with conditions to purchase more to get it.
The Pinter is a very straight forward and easy system that brews good beer. I've tried 3 different beers and a cider so far. They all turned out well although I preferred the beers to the cider. The Space Hopper DIPA is excellent - I'm brewing another one now! I think Pinter is do good I bought a second so I can now have one brewing whilst I'm tapping the other. I definitely reccomend.
The ease of use of this brewing method is fool proof and the coPinter is a great idea to allow a constant fresh beer batch waiting in the beer fridge after the previous batch is gone. Tinuke and the rest of the Pinter customer service team far beat my expectations for exceptional service! I went looking for help on the Pinter forum expecting help from other customers/users. Within hours of the post in the US I not only received a response directly from Tinuke but a resolution as well to my “unusual” situation. Keep up the good work Pinter Team! Looking forward to many more batches to come!
Pinter, makes home brewing easy. I have yet to complete my first brew but tomorrow is the tapping day! The brews are portioned nicely in a pouch along with the cleaning solution and yeast. The minor issues I see are that cleaning the brewing dock still left malt odor in it, the instructions were not actually in the box and had to be searched for in the app or online. There was no real parts list to show what was in the box or how where it went. There are QR codes in the box to scan to access them but not everyone has a phone which is able to open QR codes. The forums are great for discussions on a range of topics.

I’m a Pinter convert! The app makes each step easy to follow. The flavor of the beer was rather majestic. Every craft beer enthusiast should give this a try.
