I bought a small vanity unit, sink, tap and waste for the utility toilet. Lovely unit, the door of which matches the nearby kitchen units. The online ordering process was very easy and seamless with delivery a day ahead of schedule which suited me well.
We needed quick delivery of a macerator as ours had broken and we were having a special anniversary party we offered to pay for express delivery but as a gesture of good will Hamza arranged this free of charge and it arrived at 9am on the day we requested outstanding service 😀

I called as the seat of the toilet I had purchased had cracked again. I spoke to a lovely lady called Munibah who apologised profusely but informed me that the warranty was no longer valid but as a gesture of goodwill they would still send a replacement free of charge. Delivery was excellent. Good communication, delivered on time and delivery man helped me check sink before he left. Really happy with sink. Disappointed with pullout tap as weight does not seem to be heavy enough to pull nozzle back to tap. The pullout mechanism is very clunky. I will probably replace it with an ordinary tap

The damage was noted by myself on the weekend and i have a carpenter due to fit worktops on Tuesday. My fear was you would require me to send the damaged sink back straight away. This was not required and Shakeel was most helpful and apologetic for the condition it arrived in, at least now i have confidence the carpenter can use the sink top as a template and i know the identical replacement is on its way, so all sorted, these things happen. Plumbworld are a really good and reliable company with excellent customer service. We purchased a new radiator and the delivery was fast, on time and very well packaged, delivery via DHL too. Hamza in Customer Services is very helpful and has a great positive attitude. Altogether a very good experience.
