Was worried about the negative reviews, but I agree with one of the posts that says those refer to a Financial Company rather than this shop. Ordered a Hugo Boss blazer from them - It arrived with express delivery, and as described. All good!
Made a purchase on the Friday evening at 22.30 and it arrived Tuesday morning. The item I ordered was in first class condition and exactly what I ordered. You can’t get better than that.
Always find the staff in Shrewsbury Pockets particularly the manager hard sell. It’s always feels awkward and when you say you want to leave there generally overpriced items he gets quite shirty (pardon the pun)
I used to LOVE Pocket Sport; the quality was amazing and the customer service was really good. I ordered a pair of leggings on 31st January and washed them (according to instructions and with only a sweatshirt in the washing machine) on Saturday. Got them out to find the stitching down the side is all snagged. I emailed them on Saturday which I chased up on Monday and Tuesday (as the pair only have 4 pairs left in stock). I've still not had a response. I'm so gutted because I've never had a matching gym set before and I hoped they'd be willing to replace them but by the time they bother to respond, the leggings are likely to be out of stock. Maybe I'll hear from them today and they'll resolve this so I can edit my review!
Placed an order with pockets and it was delivered three days later. There was a problem with the order so I had to return it but the customer service was fantastic. I received and email and then a call from a manager with an apology. I received my refund today, a week after purchase. I truly believe that we ALL make mistakes,it's how we deal with them that makes the difference and through this experience, I'd happily order from them again.

I bought a pair of new C&J shoes from this company. Unfortunately they weren't new - they had signficant signs of use on the soles and uppers. They were clearly a shop pair or returns, that someone at Pockets was passing off as new. Or it could have been a genuine error. Unfortunately, despite two attempts, they have ignored my attempts to get in touch (despite writing and providing photos). So - a disappointing and discourteous company. I'll have to return the shoes for a refund - but beware of putting in orders with this company: you clearly run the risk of getting sub-par items. Order # 1000031761
Pocket stars allows illegal content to be sold. Pocketstars when alerted they're allowing illegal content to be sold has no resolution. Disgusting!!
I read dreadful comments about this company pocket.com I have had my account blocked there is £160 in my account I'm going through the process with resolver and the financial onbudsman I feel for those who have had problems. I ordered a packet of outline pens in October 2020 and STILL have NOT received them. Have sent MANY emails but have not received a satisfactory answer. After promising me a refund about 3-4 weeks ago I am still yet to see the refund in my bank account. Today I received ONE single pen when I paid for ONE PACKET. I have bought so much from the guys at pockets online as there stores are the other end of the country and always happy with the service. There clothing choice is Fantastic all was delivered and packaged really nice. Seriously I have spent lots of money here and will continue to do so I highly recommend them.
Im really not sure what all these bad reviews are about, i ordered an acne studios tshirt on saturday and it had arrived by tuesday afternoon, not just that but i had accidentally put my girlfriends address in when ordering and I thought it would be too late to change but i emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and changed my address. The parcel came and it was very nicely wrapped and presented. I couldnt be happier with the service I got, especially after reading these reviews after I bought the shirt I thought it may be a scam website or something. Will definitely buy from here again
Wish I'd looked on here first. Bought a £400 pair of Crockett and Jones shoes, and when they arrived it is clear they've been worn. Tried emailing, absolute silence. Going to send them back and keep my fingers crossed for the cash.
