As always the quality and the designs of the lighting is great. You will always find something at Pooky for your taste and the pricing isn't ridiculous. And should you need to return something Pooky have made it so unbelievably easy to do that too! The whole process of choosing, buying and returning is a breeze.

I love my Pooky light! It is so elegant. And what a fantastic customer service they have. I had to return my lamp shade so made the call on Sunday and they arranged both the pick-up and delivery of the replacement on Tuesday.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered 3 light fittings, one was faulty - metal design not punched out properly - poor quality control. This fitting should never have been sent out. Emailed with photos - no reply. Phoned after 2 days and they claimed not to have received my email. Sent again and followed up with a phone call. They are now sending a replacement. It's all down to the customer to chase - poor customer service. Expensive products, poorly made. I did need other fittings for the kitchen but have now decided to look elsewhere.
Quality product, relaxed communication style, easy to make returns, I was impressed. They seem to have a comprehensive service offering. I ordered two lampshades and the colours were better in real life. At the same time I ordered lampshades from a cheaper supplier in similar colours but there was no competition when I saw the Pooky lampshades. The other thing that was particularly attractive was the small drum measurements (40cm x 18cm), looked perfect proportions yet still a statement piece for my relatively low ceilings (250cm).
I ordered the mini elbow wall lights in antique silver with the glass shade qilin. This is perfect for my dressing room, lighting either side of a large full length mirror. This was not my first attempt at getting it right but Pooky were great with my previous orders, returns were so easy and refunds were very prompt.

Great service. Good product but the fixing seemed to be missing a hole for the electric wires to go through. We coped anyway and it looks great and works well.
Really nice light. Looks good. We got a rechargeable one as it’s not near a plug socket. Did what it’s meant to do. Instructions made sense and were concise. Delivered quickly.
The Freya rechargeable table lamp (with 16cm empire silk ikat shade in coral and cream atlas) looked great, and provides (just) enough light for a bath without using harsher light. It appeared never to complete charging even after 18 hours and an exchange was arranged quickly. It was difficult to assess because there were no instructions for lamps with a wireless charging base, and the LED colours made no sense. A slowly-pulsating blue LED on the base seems to indicate that the lamp is on the base (but remains like that even after the lamp is charged). A green LED comes on when the lamp is removed from the charger, so it's not clear what the LEDs on the base are for, or mean. Having said that, the button on the lamp lit blue when charging and distinguished when fully charged (from empty about 7 hours). And the lamp at new is lasting about ten hours on max brightness (which with the coral shade is a nice warm light). I was concerned as instructions (albeit for a wired charger) said never to leave the lamp on the charger once fully-charged... this implied that it should be watched for 7 hours until the moment it completes charging, then removed, In summary, lamp excellent; charging base peculiar. Instructions not for this lamp. Customer service great, but what can they say about a lamp with a charger that makes little sense and has the wrong instructions?
I have placed several orders with them including lights, sockets and switches. Two face plates of the switches scratched easily after 12 months. I contacted Beth at customer services, absolutely useless! Wanted just the face plates replaced, as didn’t want to have complete switches re wired by electrician. Provided photos of the scratches on switch plates and offered just to buy the plates. Response was no we only sell as whole units! Even though in my opinion the switch plates were not fit for purpose. Products are very pricey and customer service is diabolical. Avoid company.
