Customer service is superb. I have received a defective product. After contacting the company they sent me a replacement part. Throughout the process they were responsive (replied over email within 24 hours), very polite, courteous and went out of their way to help resolve.. Thank you!
These dining table chairs looked great at first, but their legs started falling off after just a month due to being glued on. Not very durable—wouldn't recommend.
Initially, I was impressed with the appearance of these dining table chairs. However, my experience quickly turned sour as the legs began to fall off after just a month of use. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the legs were attached with glue, which proved to be insufficient for maintaining their stability. This durability issue significantly detracted from the overall quality of the product. I would caution others considering this purchase to be aware of this flaw in the construction.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I ordered a table and chairs SET! The table has arrived WEEKS before the chairs. Upon delivery (2 months later), I noticed that the table's accent lines are far more visible than pictured and the base is far lighter. But, I would have still liked to see the chairs with the table before making a final decision about a return. The chairs will arrive WEEKS after the 30 day return policy stipulation. OK fine, i say.... I'll just exchange the table for a different finish just in case. Well nope, I placed the order with white glove delivery service and the original packaging was taken away with the delivery truck. So now, I am told that I cannot make an exchange without the original packaging!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR?! You offer a delivery service that deems the product unreturnable without notifying the customer. This company is absurd. I will never purchase anything from here again and will be notifying EVERYONE I KNOW about my horrible experience with POVISION! Also, their website does not post unfavorable reviews. I was surprised to see how many there were here! HATE THIS PLACE. I have a $1600 table that I don't like and who knows what the chairs will be like when I receive them.... WHENEVER THAT MIGHT BE! Don't buy here.
Waited weeks just to get a nightstand that was cracked and broken with screws missing. It honestly looked used and raggedy can’t believe it has this much damage from just delivering. Also packaged poorly. Now I have to wait a few days just to see what happens and if I can receive a new one that’s not damaged or get a refund.
Both the product and the customer service were horrible! The cabinet was scratched up everywhere. Glued wood-like piece peeling off, cabinet doors not aligned, dents in multiple areas, many scratches, wood stain not covering all corners and exposing different colors… Everything screamed cheap and no attention to details was paid. My friend thought it was at most $400 piece off of a discount shop, and was shocked that it was priced at $1100+. I had a series of issues with Povison itself. Their partnered delivery company sent 2 rude men, who pressured me to sign the delivery receipt without giving me proper time to inspect the cabinet. I refused to sign in the end as they handled it without care and scratched the corner. Despite the customer service agreeing to use a different delivery company to re-deliver the cabinet, they booked the same delivery company again, which resulted in cancelling the re-delivery and re-ordering the re-delivery with another company, extending my wait time even furthermore. My cabinet in the end took 2.5 months to be delivered. Talking to Customer Service throughout this whole ordeal was a pain as they lacked the basic customer service skill and did not address concerns I raised. They tried to send me side table as opposed to the cabinet. They quoted me price in non-US dollars ($C100... Is that Chinese?) even though I am US based. They flat out ignored my request to be connected to the manager for multiple times. The manager that I was finally connected to in the end also did not really offer good resolution to all the issues I encountered. Lastly, they never posted my 1-star review on their website. This makes me think that they only post 4 or 5 star reviews from customer and disregard lower rating reviews. I will never buy from them again, and I will not recommend this company to any of my friends.

I ordered a bed 1/30/24 2 months later they contact me to tell me the color I ordered had been discontinued but they have the same bed in blue. I agreed with this, a few weeks later I received the sides of the bed. That is all I received. When I contacted the company they said it was a factory mistake. I have been trying to get a refund and for them to come get the sides of the bed and they are sending me a label so that I have to pay for a truck to get it to a shipping location. Don't buy from this company!
I liked the style and having discount codes help. Ordering was easy but you may want to improve the description because there was no information for the cabinets behind the wood doors. Consider including a picture with all doors, drawers opened.

Great Quality Dining Table. Shipping was fast and the table looks gorgeous and sturdy. Price was great and customer service was able to answer most of my questions. Will buy furniture from here again

Company is almost impossible to deal with customer service is horiffic given one quote for white glove delivery then revised by another service rep...when paid for upgrade information not forwarded to warehouse...another call to povision and the customer service rep then tells me about older emails sent to me...ludicrous no update on my payment which I have confirmation of.still no update on delivery..this company is preposterous An update the company resolved the issues and it seems things have moved forward on the right track Furniture arrived most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat in..want to return it customer service said they will help but never followed up with an email they promised...stay away Company was willing to offer a compromise instead of a refund ( I don't have original boxing materials ) they offered 5% off on another purchase and a fake plant. My business has ended with this company officially
Awful, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am currently still in the process of trying to get a refund. I ordered a sintered stone table from them not too long ago. The tabletop came with some scratches so I asked them to send me a replacement. Not only did they say the scratches weren’t that bad and tried not to send me a replacement, but it took them a month to finally send the replacement, only it to be the wrong one. I have since asked for a full refund because of their mess up and they are being EXTREMELY difficult with the entire situation. If you like to gamble, buy your stuff from here. If you just want to purchase quality furniture from a quality business, this is NOT the place.
We purchased both a TV Media Unit with a matching coffee table. Our experience with the ordering, delivery and follow-up support from the Povision supprt centre was very positive, and we would purchase other furniture in the future. Rob

Customer service was excellent. Delivery service was excellent. The tv console is perfect for my son's new house. took a star away because The plywood could have a much more polished finish. It's ok. and should not be a dealbreaker to get it. An additional top coat of paint or poly would have done a world of good.
