Easy process from start to finish. I have just moved into a new home where there was an induction hob. My old pans didn't work so I needed new ones urgently. Prestige's website made it clear about which pans would be suitable so it was very easy. And most important - the pan set is great quality, I'm very happy. Five stars.

Refurbished pressure cooker excellent parts and price
I needed safety plug for top of pressure cooker. One with a metal pin in centre. Couldnt get it. Had to take a different part. Does not fit. Cost 40 pence but cost over £6 for postage which should have cost equivalent of a first class stamp. Can no longer use as I cant get correct part from prestige!!!!!!

Ive had a set of prestige pans for 12 years and the lid handle broke on one so this purchase was a replacement plus another Great quality pans tbf which is why i am a repeat buyer.
Pans sold as suitable for induction hob but they don’t work properly. Took 5 mins to boil 3/4 litre water in cheap stainless steel pan and over 20 minutes in the same size prestige plan.
I wrote to ask where I could get a pressure cooker repaired. They asked me irrelevant questions about it and told me it was out of guarantee. I knew that. I just wanted to know where I could get it repaired.
Did not arrive on the estimated delivery date.
I love my pressure cooker. My previous one lasted 56 years and the new one I hope will do the same. I use it weekly at least once or twice and I wouldn't be without one.
Its really frustrating that when replacing a pressure cooker handle that Prestige neither provide any instructions how to disassemble and reassemble, not do they make clear all of the additional parts that are required when the handle is replaced. Since this isn't explained on the website at all I have had to place 3 separate orders, paying full whack of postage every time simply to do a really simple job. If Prestige really cared about service and maintaining the life of their products they would have clear explanations as to how to do the job and offer a proper handle replacement kit containing all the parts to replace the handle when buying the newer model without the cup. Really poor show guys for a household name. Very disappointed with this and will tell all my friends and share on facebook. Real rip off paying a final total of over £10 for shipping for parts weighing only a few grams.
