Worst Online Florist Experience I've Ever Had!

Awful experience. The flowers were not delivered on the day I selected and paid for specially. When they did arrive they were crappy and wilted, having been stored who knows where over night and into the next day. Completely ruined Mother's Day (Australia). Prestige added insult to injury by refusing to accept any part in the mess and stating that at least the flowers had been delivered. They weren't even apologetic for the dire condition of the flowers! Don't waste your money - there are plenty of way better online florists to choose from!

“Ordered flowers through this company, will never use them again! Had a collection in our work place for our manager who had a bereavement. We collected £60 and I ordered them to be delivered the next day at our workplace, when they arrived I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed! By the size of the bouquet! The flowers were no bigger than a supermarket standard bunch that you could get in any retailer. I complained and the customer service was terrible! They started that the bunch of flowers sent was the correct size and quantity stated on there site! I don’t think so…. I ordered the medium bouquet! I dread to think what size the standard would have been like? £55 waisted!”

Very very disappointed

Was sending sympathy flowers as today marked 6 months since my friends dad passed away to brighten up her day and surprise her. Paid for this a good few days ago for them to be delivered today. This morning I checked my emails as when ordering with other florists I usually get tracking, I had nothing not even a confirmation email from my order even though they had taken £40 from me. I went on to the live chat on the website, they confirmed my details and delivery address and assured me the flowers were out for delivery and would be delivered today so I got on with my day happy to know my friend would have a lovely surprise today. It’s now 8.30pm and I messaged my friends partner who has been waiting in all day to receive the flowers to see if they got delivered as I assumed she would have text me when received and he said nothing has come today. Now they have closed for the day and I cannot get hold of the company. I am beyond livid, I cannot believe these haven’t been delivered. Terrible terrible customer service. I’m sure I haven’t been the first customer this has happened to. Please be wary of this company

Disappointed didn’t get BA Avios points

Was a good service and delivered on time flowers were well received and said to be beautiful but I went through my BA app to gain points which is why I chose to use this service over others but following purchase said my order didn’t qualify i would think twice before ordering again as the points were refused

Delivered Late and Flowers Received seem not Fresh

I ordered flowers last sunday for mothers day but was really disappointed because it arrived in the afternoon and at the same time the flowers that I received looked like they are old. Roses have brown edge, and the lily’s leaves are crumpled and broken. I was devastated and disappointed. Better if i just bough from Morrisons considering that its also expensive.
