When I came across Pretavoir , I thought what a great service, I ordered 2 frames to try, and kept one of the frames, and then I wanted to Oder my varifocal lenses. That’s when the process fell down a bit , email responses were tiresome, it took days to get a response. Regarding how to send frames back and how to take the pictures of me wearing them. This took about a week to get it sorted, and there was only had 14 days to get the unwanted pair back for a refund. All in all it was a good experience ordering my glasses for the first time online. Will use again.

Terrible customer service experience. There has been a problem with our order on their part and we were emailing back and forth, we were given conflicting and wrong information in almost every email. We were given wrongly calculated cost, naming the wrong type of lenses, we constantly had to ask for clarification on everything. Finally we came to agreement and we even double checked with them to make sure the order was correct. We were assured that we will get the correct order and they still ended up sending the wrong order! We listed everything in our email several times and they confirmed it twice and still sent us the wrong order! At this point it just shows complete lack of care. An absolute disaster. We were promised that the glasses will be polarized and they are not. So extremely dissappointing. Definitely won’t return as a customer. Now we have to deal with returning the item too and who knows if we ever get our correct item.
Got a pair of Gucci sunny from Pretavoir, their tiny screws became loose, Pretavoir has organized for the return, repair from the manufacture and then finally refund because the screws kept getting loose. Very very happy with their price and service. Would buy from Pretavoir again, highly recommend!!

I purchased an optical glasses which showed as shinny black on the website. However, I received the product was matte black. Then I finally found the color which was matte black on the description only when I double check the website. I tried to contact the customer asked for exchange the product. But, the customer service staff replied me that they only provided return the product and also need me to responsible for all deliver fee which is an expensive fee for deliver for Hong Kong back to UK with the very impolite text. And I just requested for share the deliver fee with yours but not all responsible from yours. I feel really upset and disappointed from this experience. Finally, I didn’t return the product.
