My order was not delivered to me but according to the post office tracking, it was marked as delivered from a depot on the opposite side of London. I did raise this a number of times and I was completely ignored. So buyers beware.

I have bought several items from them and have been very pleased with the items and the despatch time. The only gripe I have with them is that they do not always give the waist and inside leg measurements on ladies trousers and we all know these vary with different manufacturers. And unfortunately they cannot give you the measurements when asked so why buy trousers that may not fit you?
I made this order just before the Bank Holiday and it arrived today Wednesday by the free delivery option so really quick! All items were as describe by size and quality, another really good order, the Frozen top was brand new and not worn/washed at all, will be waring this at Christmas! The rabbit top was lovely although as stated it did need a wash, but not a problem as this was pointed out in the information. It's worth pointing out that reading the information on each item is a good idea before ordering as it is very accurate.
Ordered originally from the eBay shop and was really impressed with the items and the delivery. When I received a message telling me about the website, I took a look straight away. Ordered two dress, a jumper, a summer cardigan, a pair of jeans, and a body suit. All dispatched and arrived quickly. Everything is clean and in very good condition. I've since ordered again towards a costume for a fancy dress party and recommended them to a few friends. Will definitely head here first before I look anywhere else. Thanks! ⭐
Just received my order for a workout top and leggings that match but from different makers. The leggings by Next still had the label on and had never been used fitted very nicely and the top by M & S had light ware but is still very acceptable just as described. Used the free delivery option which took perhaps a day or two longer but I wasn't in any hurry, why pay more? I have more items on their way that were ordered on Friday so will review this when it arrives. Another really good experience, keep up the good work Preworn, I never ever want to use Shein EVER AGAIN!!

Great choice of clothing, only disappointment is you can't search by size.
Surprisingly good. The clothes are all exactly as pictured/described online. They arrived super fast too. Of course, they are "preworn" so don't expect to be able to put them on straight away without running them through the wash first! One of my items arrived stinking of perfume but it was nothing my washing machine couldn't handle.

The only thing that let's this company down, is the customer service is non existent!. If you have an issue with your order there is absolutely no one getting back to your query ever!, no contact number, no reply to emails!. I really enjoy the site and have purchased so much over the years but the customer service aspect needs improvement majorly.
It's me again back for my 'fix' !. With the free delivery, it makes the cost of things even less. I browse through your clothes and accessories for ages as often as I can and 'save' my favourites in my Wish List and hope they are still there when I go on next time. I always used to buy quite a number of items at any one time, but with the free delivery, I buy one or two things more often. I get a real boost when my parcel arrives - even if I've only bought one item. Still excellent quality items, and you can buy as much or as little as you want with free delivery. [That's a big thing, with the price of delivery on most other sites] So keep up the brilliant work, folks, cos there must be lots of other people just like me - depending on you now !!
