Printed within 5 mins... (?)

I noticed a mistake within 5 mins of placing my order, contacted customer service... "No sorry it's already being printed" - I find that extremely hard to believe, within 5 mins it has been sent to print, doubt it!! Customer service is appalling, no attempt to help me find a solution - the company is more than happy to waste paper and not help customers. Printed.com used to be great back in the day, I have no idea whats happened. Like what printing service doesn't have a 30 mins grace period!!!?? Absurd. Even ASOS does, for goodness' sake.

No Order Clarification or Amendments

Poor system failures, messaged in chat immediately after ordering to ensure it was the same as my previous order (which came out perfectly). I was told it can't be amended and no refund will be given. Was told to do the order again but there is no guarantee I wouldn't make the same mistake again, as they didnt tell me what I did wrong in the first place. The chat service is just there to tell people that they cant do anything, they should just remove it in my opinion.

Wonderful company and very professional service. We were getting little thank you cards made as part of our wedding stationary and there was issue with the graphics that we submitted. David P from the print team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that the graphics were perfect! Thank you so much - would recommend this company and will be using it again!

Had an extremely urgent printing job for a charity event and was struggling to get the online account working properly. Karen in customer services was excellent and sorted the issue out for me by intervening at her end. She persevered and it was all sorted so quickly with her input. Such a difference to what you often get when an online account is not doing what is expected (and they just say, "computer says no"). THANK YOU

I used them for an art print

I used them for an art print. The first print arrived damaged with grey fibres all over it, possibly from the grey board they use. It also had damaged edges where it had been packed in the 2 pieces of card. They were very quick to reorder and resend, good customer service. The second print is 'ok'. It too has a little bit of damage on the edge and an od streak on the print. I'll live with it but wouldn't use them for art prints. Art prints from other sources arrive rolled in tissue paper in a tube and always arrive perfectly, perhaps Printed.com need to review how they send items out.

Great Printing Company for our Event

Easy to use website allowing information to be saved for multiple days. This was helpful as we got quotes for our needs and prepared the artwork. Well worth paying for the expert check on more tricky artwork like a 28 page programme for our event. Great help and advice from the print professional who looked at it. This helped us to iron out issues and amend our artwork so the final print was perfect. We used Printed.com for all our large event signage, flyers etc. Great price and the quality of the print was excellent. Printing and delivery was fast and efficient.

PRINT ERRORS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Printed.com is another example of companies not caring about long standing, returning customers. Blaming me for print errors and hiding behind ridiculous additional artwork check fees. I have used the same method for exporting artwork for years with multiple providers but Printed.com blame the artwork for the errors I've never had before and refuse to reprint. They have only offered 25% in 'printed points' as a refund. It'll cost them way more now my work will be printed elewhere. Shame.

Sticker upload screen is a frustrating thing!

As I tried to upload my sticker design Printed.com's new upload screen kept telling me I was too near the edge of my sticker (the yellow line) - and that they wouldn't honour any re-prints for prints 'gone wrong' The frustrating thing was that there was *nothing* near the edge of sticker at all. Chatting to customer service only elicited the response "You can pay extra to have one of our staff check it" - yeah, thanks. I've been printing things for 20+ years, I know how to create print-ready artwork. Once you were my go-to, but I've had to reconsider. Utterly disappointed in Printed.com. It also says a lot about your customer support that no one's even bothered replying to this. Amendment 16/05/24 Lauren Mason from Printed.com telephoned me today about my experience and agreed with me that my customer query could have been handled better. I'm satisfied that someone did eventually contact me and acknowledge my frustrations with the upload page, and also proposed resolutions for if it happened again. I'm also happy to give Printed.com my business again, since they have been so solid in previous years. Thanks Lauren.
