Terrible customer service, I ordered 8 tires, I received 7 of them Saturday. The 8th one who knows when it will show up. I've waited on the phone 2hrs and can't talk to anyone at Priority Tire. I'll just get them from my local tire shop from now on.

Shipping on these tires was the worst I've experienced. Took about a week to receive the tires and plus they got delayed in transit so I was stuck holding a customers car over the weekend because received 2 tires in about 3 days and other 2 tires came 4 days after those. I use your company as my business tire supplier but if shipping will be this slow I will have to reach out to other suppliers.
All experience was great because I was able to get help from online or from my voice operator. To tell me that I could put the address of the installer because of the website not letting me click on to ship to an installer. So I’m just glad that they were able to deliver to the right location.
FedEx held the package in the Kansas City distribution center for 3 days before delivering it.
I purchased a set (4) of tires from this company so I could have them on my truck in time for a trip from Nashville to Florida. I received 4 tires, two of which were not only the wrong size, but a completely different brand and style. When the issue was brought to the attention of the company I was told this wasn't their fault, this was just an unavoidable accident. I was also told in order to receive the correct items I would have to return the two incorrect tires, they would have to receive them before shipping what I ordered. Customer service takes a back seat when it comes to Priority Tire. What makes all of this such an issue.... they will not take responsibility and flat out DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
