Wow. All these reviews about amazing customer service. Not my experience at all. Product sent via DHL, but required signature, which was not relayed during my shopping experience. Since it delivers middle of the day in my area it went undelivered for 5 days with no notices from the company or DHL. When I finally realized this I dug into the DHL delivery options only to find that Proper Cloth had actually restricted that option on the shipment. Product sat on hold for > 3 days with no response from Proper Cloth customer service on a request to lift that restriction. I then informed Proper Cloth that I would file a claim with my credit card company if they didn’t help. Did this 3 times, finally gave them a deadline. No response. Filed the claim, it was refunded *immediately* by the credit card company.
The options for custom fit are incredible. If you have any issues at all they will remake the shirt to new measurements at no cost. Wonderful to work with.

They have a well designed website, and every piece I've received has been well constructed, and true to size. I love being able to buy clothes that are well crafted, and specifically made for me.
Been a regular shopper here and overall, very happy with the product. Would suggest you measure your own shirt and proceed on that basis for custom sizes though.

The quality of both the fabrics and the construction is very nice. However, I have been most impressed with the staff going the extra mile to ensure the shirts fit perfectly. I strongly encourage people to use the virtual consultation tool to find their perfect fit faster. Strongly recommend!

I ordered a short sleeved linen shirt, having already ordered a long sleeved more business-oriented shirt. It was easy to convert my long-sleeve fit into a short sleeved one. Now that I have the fit down I can buy more shirts easily.

Proper Cloth is doing good work. I've waited along time for a service like this. They even offer to remake shirts at no cost to get the fit right, you can even change the fabric or style on a remake. How good your shirt turns out depends on how good YOU are as a shirt designer. So take care and consult with their customer service!
