Quality of the pendant and chain awful. Sent back twice as stone fell out and chain discoloured. Be careful when ordering. Refund refused when first happened. Eventually agreed refund when it happened again.

Purchased earrings. Both had damage, cracked and a chip. They were replaced which was good and hassle free. Unfortunately the replacements had another crack in one of the earrings. My wife decided to keep them due to the hassle involved. It a shame as they were for her birthday present.
Item arrived later than expected as it failed quality checks at the Assay Office and I wasn't given any updates until the day it was shipped to me *after* I'd chased them up about leaving me in the dark. Additionally, QP kept pestering me to leave a review.
Late delivery. The item I ordered was nice enough but it should have been delivered by at the latest 19/4 and was delivered on 23/4. It was a gift for my wife for our 45th anniversary, which was 21/4!

I bought a pair of 9 ct gold and sapphire ear rings from this company for my wife for Christmas last year. The items were ordered in mid December and arrived just before Christmas. I was sent updates on the progress of the order while being made and quality checked. This gave the impression of good customer service. My wife went overseas in mid January and while wearing this item, one just fell off her ear as the clasp disintegrated. I contacted the company on the 31 January, advising we wished to return the item and were not interested in replacing it. This is when the true colors of this company became apparent. They refused to allow me to return the item suddenly giving the excuse of only offering a 30 day money back guarantee, which was now passed. Bear in mind my wife was overseas and this item did not even last a month. They insisted instead on replacing the item, covered by their 12 month guarantee. I reiterated again that I did not want a replacement, but a refund. I basically got the same answer again basically word for word like a recording from David Whitfield. Why would I want a replacement item, which is likely to fall apart again? What happens after a year following numerous repairs, I just take a loss of close to £400? I have reported this matter to my credit card company and will take this further with other regulators if need be. My advise to other customers, stay away from this company, you get better service and protection from companies such as Amazon.
My wife enjoyed the earings. The shipping was delayed for some unknown reason. It was supposed to be a fedex 2 day shipping, but it took several days for the package to be sent on its way. As a result the package arrived after my wife's actual birthday. I was not pleased with the late arrival.
The item did not ship at all until the day after the website originally said it would arrive. The item arrived 4 days later than originally estimated. This also made it a late gift for the day it was meant to celebrate. Things happen, which I understand, but when I contacted the company to inquire about the delay I was told I would be contacted back because I was going to cancel the order if it was late for the intended event date and simply shop local. I was never contacted back until 48 hours later after it had shipped. The item itself arrived as described. The large sapphire was far darker than the smaller accent ones. This made the cohesion of the piece a bit wonky in my opinion because the large one appears black and the others blue. Natural stones have variation, but you might try to match the ones on the same piece of jewelry better. Overall, the person receiving the gift really liked the item and especially the style of clasp on the earrings.

Bought a pair of earings (9c with saphires and diamonds), after 1.5 years completely disintegrated- one was droped on the floor - came out in tree separate pieces...second came appart while was stored in a box. Took to jevelery repair shop- was given advice to stay away from such a thin gold eyerings...not a good choice if you want it for a long time.
