I have had a quadlock for a number of years but recently bought another mount for my car. Makes a huge difference and sits securely rather than flying off when i go round a corner. Bought my wife one as she loves it too. There was an issue with the mount in her car and the customer service blew me away with their solution. I'm concerned i will have to buy another for my gravel bike!!

Disappointing Experience: Delayed Shipments and Poor Customer Service

After the order was placed, 14 days have already passed and the shipment has not been delivered. The weirdest thing is that their support team admits that the shipment is in my country by providing proof: a tracking link. However, even the link shows that this is not true. Additionally, after submitting the request, I received an email stating that they would respond within 48 hours. However, it took 6 days to receive a response.

Hochpreisig, aber definitiv Wert!

Tolles Unternehmen!!! Habe ein Case mit MAG, eine Lüftungshalterung fürs Auto und eine Spiegelhalterung fürs Motorrad. Hält bombenfest und ist einfach zu montieren! Habe bei meiner ersten Bestellung den Gutscheincode vergessen einzugeben. Wurde mir im aber anstandslos zurück überwiesen. Kann die Produkte und das Servus nur weiterempfehlen!

No mounting hardware to use product

What went wrong? The Wireless Head is missing mounting hardware as I have the older quad lock car windscreen mount. They did not send the mount needed to use the product! How can the company improve? They can offer a actual live chat system or reply to support tickets in 24 hours. I like the products but this company the customer service is lacking. Thi was not the case before.

Phone fell off while driving

So yesterday my phone fell off the Quad Lock while driving on the highway. I made sure to lock it in place before leaving, but it failed anyway. It was first of all very difficult to lock it in, in the first place. The material feels very cheapish. The system is not good, I would strongly advice never to use such a locking device for your phone on the motorcycle.

Impossible to return / exchange

Customer service is a strong 0/10. Can't get a hold of them whatsoever and it's been 3 weeks of them saying they'll get back to you eventually.

Very very bad customer service

Mount suction is not sticking to windscreen. I have followed their instructions and sent through a photo and video of the mount at their only after having to wait for them to reply. Absolutely shocking customer service. Bordering on disgusting. Take days to reply, lucky if they reply at all. Happy to take your money, very very bad with support. I will never recommend this product to anyone.

Excellent products and service! Tried other phone mounts for my road and mountain bikes, but Quad Lock is by far the best option out there. Super durable case and mounting…and most importantly for cyclists super lightweight.

Tight case

I had a quadlock case for my iPhone 12 pro and it was perfect. I have recently purchased a new iPhone 15 pro and a quadlock case to suit. However this new case is so tight that it is difficult to fit the phone in and then when it’s in it forces off my screen protector! Really not impressed.

Impossible to use.

I am not doubting that this is a very quality product, and such an ingenious idea. And when it works, it works extremely well. However, it is neon impossible to connect your phone to the outfront holder on an electric bike first time it literally takes 30 minutes time to find the right spot to connect the phone and then so much force is added in trying to get it to connect that you end up moving the holder and loosen it. I really wish I hadn’t bought it and tried something else because the phone case which is very good quality and the holder was £60 and obviously I don’t have the boxes so I can’t return them but I’m really not impressed Should not be that difficult to use

Awful Customer Service

I ordered a magnetic case and dash mount for the car and it arrived with just empty packaging as if someone has gone through it and taken the items out. I have contacted quad lock in order for a refund or other option however they have no phone number and still have not responded to my email. Shocking customer service

No happy with this product paid quite…

No happy with this product paid quite big amount of money for a phone holder..but hear great reviews so decided to go for it since my bike have no space on fork had to go with stem mount, the spacers for stem mount is poor quality, you have 2 different sizes and only small one fit my bike after tithing the spacer to stem they broke in half and wasn't using big force just enough to hold it in place. Now basically it's useless since the other bigger spacers won't fit, and to order replacement spacers with shipping it's another 25€ which I'm not gonna do since the whole thing cost me a lot as it is.

Misleading Marketing, Poor Support, and Extra Costs

I purchased several Quadlock products, including a quadlock case, handlebar mount, vibration dampener, and wireless head charger, with the intention of having a convenient wireless charging solution for my motorcycle. However, the experience quickly turned sour. The initial marketing video I saw portrayed an easy installation process for the wireless charger on a motorcycle. However, upon receiving the products, I found absolutely no instructions for installing the wireless charger. When I contacted support, I was provided with a video meant for boat installation, completely irrelevant to my needs. The representative’s suggestion to hire an electrician for installation was not only impractical but also an unexpected additional expense. Furthermore, returning the wireless head charger was another hassle. Despite Quadlock having an office just 15 minutes away from my home, I was required to pay for shipping to return the item. The agent refused to cover the shipping costs, citing company policy, and insisted on having a tracking number for the return shipment. Overall, my experience with Quadlock has been deeply disappointing. The misleading marketing videos, lack of clear instructions, poor customer support, and unexpected additional costs have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Quadlock until they address these issues and provide a more honest and transparent experience for their customers.

Quadlock poncho is garbage …

I purchased a quad lock case and poncho for my KTM. The Quad Lock itself was OK but the poncho is absolutely garbage! The amount on constant typing errors it causes is not only frustrating but also time consuming, this is with gloves off and regardless of whether it's being used on the bike or at home. I'm going back to a regular 360 case after this experience.

Mag battery problem, NO reply

Mag battery is degrading and not providing sufficient charge. I made a claim under the warranty as it is less than a year old. Had an initial response and then nothing. I have tried numerous times but have not been given the common decency of a response. I have bought numerous Quad lock products for myself and family over the years and am so disappointed by the brazen lack of communication. I can only assume they have a problem with these batteries. It’s not customer service if you simply ignore your customers. Shame on you Quad lock. Charlie Boorman be aware.
