In first order two dresses. One was too small but the size up fitted perfectly but had faults in fabric so both returned. Reordered larger size dress only to find that too was faulty and was tighter fit. So that was returned and no dress still.
Ordered 2 lovely dresses. They arrived quickly and are perfect.

This is my first order from Quiz- online and I took advantage of the great sale currently on. It's been a great experience. Everything arrived within a few days, in perfect condition in one large package. The quality is actually fantastic for the price I think. Return portal very straightforward and I feel £1.99 fee for the package return is very reasonable. I actually joined their VIP programme as £10 a year for unlimited next day deliveries and free Returns is a great deal, wish I'd known about it when I did my first order!

Ordered a dress for a wedding Item had a faulty zip, sent them a photograph and they sent me out a new dress with free next day delivery and allowed me to return the dress back to them for free. Staff were very helpful
