A link was sent to my phone during our conversation, i could not locate our serial number which Megan found for us straight away, she even sent us web links so we could order our filter and co2 with ease. Great experience from the outset! I have a few emails back and forth with Quooker (Sasha) to sort my order and then paid online, had an installation at a time which suited me, and the chap, Simon, who installed it was really good (he had to make some space in the bottom of the cupboard which wasn’t expected but took it all in his stride). Also works really well and looks great!
Alex Bourne provided a first class service on behalf of Quooker. He was punctual, polite, respectful and tidy. His knowledge of the Quooker product and company ethos was also impressive. We continue to be very happy with the Quooker product and service.

I called Quooker to request a service and they had me scheduled within 2 days. Their Technician, Emaduz arrived on time and provided a fantastic service in a very professional and friendly manner. He kept me informed about everything he was doing, answered all my questions and made recommendations on how to manage some of the basic services myself (if needed) as well in how the equipment should operate over the next few years. Dan arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely thorough with a full service of our Quooker system, we are back to like a brand new system.
Just upgraded to a new Quooker (original installed 2009 and was still going strong. Fantastic customer service throughout - marvellously effective engineer. Absolutely deserves the 5 stars and a great product to boot!
Dave McHaffie turned up as expected and got on with servicing our Quooker tap quickly and efficiently. He kept us well informed of what was part of the service. Nice to hear that after two years of ownership our tap is still like brand new, thanks to being in a soft water area. Also liked his music choices.

Loving our new Quooker system - sturdy tap and easy to use. And - loving the water! Installation by the Quooker engineer (Nigel Hanna) was super-excellent! The piping and tidiness under the sink area is far better than it was with our old tap. A tricky space - yet - he did a surprising job of making it all fit with ease and look really neat and easy to access. I would highly recommend Nigel in fitting these systems. He was also excellent in explaining the system and setting up all the details. 100% happy and thankful.
Bradley Jones gave our Quooker tap a full service and we were really impressed. He arrived on time, phoned ahead and asked questions about if we had any specific problems so he could bring additional equipment if needed and did the service efficiently, thoroughly (and quietly!) He explained exactly what had been causing our low water pressure and replaced a part and gave tips on how to clean it. Bradley was professional and friendly and did a great job, thanks very much!

What a great service Quooker provide. Response to email help within minutes , service booked without complications together with a detailed account of what it would entail and pricing , and unbelievably no payment required pre service or at service point , amazing! As for the service Jason was , professional , diligent and extremely helpful when I wanted to know about a possible upgrade to include a cold water/sparkling tap and is both a nice person and a true asset to Quooker.
The engineer (Nigel Hanna) was excellent. Arrived on time, very courteous, helpful & really explained what he was doing & gave me advice. However, I had to wait 2 weeks & 3 days for an available appointment even though I had explained to Quooker that there was a leak & I couldn’t use my kitchen sink.
I ordered a Quooker Fusion with CUBE. The product is excellent and very easy to use. I had the installation service that I would highly recommend. When I received the Quooker equipment, it looked like it would not fit below my Belfast sink. However, the engineer Dan Tompkins did an amazing job, extremely neat and tidy using the minimum amount of cupboard space.
We would very much wish to praise Warren who serviced our quooker today. He did a thorough,detailed and tidy service,explaining all the best ways to use the appliance and gave us some splendid tips. Nevertheless,after he’d left us we couldn’t get any boiling water from it,so quickly contacted him and he came straight back to us and showed us what we were doing wrong.
