no customer support / not possible to contact
i struggle to write such a negative feedback for this company as i never had such a problem before (i placed over 15 orders there) and they still have awesome tshirts but i have no choice as the simply don't reply to my emails.
i placed two orders on one day (one order number is #6595392, maybe they read this), the shipping arrived but two items where defective. i had such a problem one time but it was no big deal a simple email and they helped.
not so this time, i wrote them 2024-04-22, 2024-04-24 and on 2024-05-02. still no reply. the third time i even tried to send the mail to other email adresses than help@theirdomain (jobs@theirdomain and newsletter@theirdomain). since 2024-04-24 i added the flag for return receipt and delivery status notification. delivery status notification came back as successful (except the mail to jobs@theirdomain) but i never got a return receipt message.
it looks like they reduced the t-shirts production quality. never had two defective items in "one" order before (it was a double order). and also it looks like they have some kind of aggressive spam protection which also "protects" them from legit emails from their customers (i have an account with the email address i wrote from). it feels wrong that i need to go a third party website to try to get a replacement for defective goods. if they want to have such aggressive spam protection they should have all their customers emails in the "ok" list, or have a simple contact form or a button in the shop which i can press to create an inquiry for an order.
as i wrote them on jobs@theirdomain i even though about making a real job inquiry to code them a better backend for their their inquiry/order handling but the email address was dead. (@qwertee if you want i can code you a better backend for this)
it is a nogo for me, that contacting a company is that difficult. i hope that the reply to this as i would be sad if this order would be my last order - i still love the t-shirts.
