Wanted to treat myself to a nice set of glasses and went with rayban ,from beginning to end for over a month I had the worst experience buying a product online ,I paid for the glasses first time,picked the size and waited for it to get to my address and nothing arrived ,contacted them,they opened a ticket and had to wait 3 weeks for an answer ,they finally decided to send me another one and they did ,I look at the order and I see they have the wrong size so I contact them and they tell me we have to open another ticket and it's not promised that it will solve the issue,so told the agent forget about it I'll just get the glasses and call to exchange them ,once I got em I called to change the size and they tell me we don't do exchange just returns ,I'm like what??? Who doesn't do exchange on size for any product .told the agent I'm done ,refund me my $250 and I'll ship it back to you and that's exactly what I did ,worst buying experience ever, never again .

They would benefit from more accurate inventory reporting. I ordered my glasses online because, according to their site, all local shops didnt have it in stock. While waiting for the delivery, I went to the local shop just to browse and lo and behold, they were fully stocked. I came home and checked again only to be told by their website that nothing was in stock locally. The lesson being to call the local shops first because the website can't be trusted. Nevertheless; my product arrived in a timely manner, was well packed, and was of exceptional quality.
Je mets 3 étoiles car je suis tombé sur Inès au service client qui était au top. Mes lunettes ont été changées. Mais quand j'ai reçu les nouvelles personnalisées elles étaient défectueuses. Je ne comprends pas Ray Ban qui envoient des mauvais produits et qui surtout ne répond plus aux mails après...

NEVER ORDER Rx glasses ONLINE FROM RAY BAN. Go to a legit ophthalmologist and get your frames there. Hi What i received was definitely fake ray ban Rx glasses. I’m shocked cause I ordered directly on here. I can't even believe Ray ban would charge me $350 for fake Ray ban frames Rx glasses. I have the fleck sunglasses and you can tell those are real, they are heavy metal framed. The Rx flecks that I received are legit from a 99 cent store in China. There's no metal like my Arthur fleck sunglasses it’s all flimsy plastic lol! Is this a joke? Why do this to a customer?Really $350 for cheap ass plastic? They sent me an email with my label and an email address to contact them. I emailed them and of course the email is no good lol!! Not only were they so cheaply made with cheap materials the frame is warped and the lens can pop off any time. 🤣 Never buying online glasses from ray bans again. They messed up my first order now this. I've been needing glasses for a while now. Wasted my money and my time with this crap. Not okay. This just sucks. I’m going to Target at least that place had some decent real frames. I can’t even believe this just happened 😂 my husband thought I got another blue light glasses from Amazon. Those cost 15-20$ He was shocked to when I told him those were my ray bans 🤣 I am just sad dude, 350$!!! lol for plastic. Legit the gold metal was plastic. Sorry for the long vent but damn😑
Well I needed to get me a pair of prescription lens sunglasses. I spent several hours on several occasions visiting the Ray-Ban website looking at trying on the sunglasses using the websites wear app. It seemed to work pretty good. I chose my sunglasses and included my prescription in the order. So far so good. I receive my glasses and noticed they seemed smaller than compared to the wear app on the website. The frame seems a little skewed and they do not sit level. Also the focal area of the glasses seem small. instead of following object with your eyes you have to turn your head. I would not order another pair of glasses on line again. I am none too happy about my purchase. My fault for doing this.

Shocking company, steal your hard earned money when you tried to cancel the order, very difficult to find how to a way to request a refund on there website, rude customer service department when you speak to them on the phone, left them an email saying how bad the whole experience has been, If I could leave no stars I would! THIEVES!!!!!
Excellent range available. Found a pair of sun glasses which were XS size. Would like some sort of online measuring function like some online opticians use. Fitted perfectly.
