Amazing company with great products and some how have better customer service I placed part of an order by mistake they got back to me within 30 mins telling me that they had only cancelled the part of my order made by mistake this is great

Best level of service

Had a minor issue with my order - a bolt was missing, so I contacted RDX around 6pm. Customer service sorted this out immediately, they confirmed the missing part and then emailed again to let me know it would be dispatched the next day with a tracking number. All this was sorted by 8.30pm the same night! Sure enough the spare was posted out on next day delivery with a tracking number. Best level of service I’ve experienced for an online purchase and on top of this I’m very happy with the product.

I bought the RDX 6ft Kara red and black free standing bag, was very happy with it until it broke during a boxing workout but RDX were kind enough to send me out a new base. The customer service is brilliant. Very in happy with this product.

RDX’s customer service is amazing

RDX’s customer service is amazing! I have bought boxing gear from them in the past but had not dealt with customer service. Recently I ordered shin guards that didn’t fit correctly due to short calf and ankle Velcro straps and a slight unraveling of the foot strap elastics. I contacted customer service and they sent me a larger pair that fits and feels right within a few days. Their customer response time very fast and professional. My items arrived before the expected arrival date. I’m impressed and will continue to buy from them. You should too.

I bought some gloves and pads that were…

I bought some gloves and pads that were too small. Not the fault of the company. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful. I returned the gloves and after giving the company details they sent larger gloves and pads which are the right size. All throughout my dealings with them the company provided excellent communication and were very helpful. They gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone to do business with. From their customer service and quality of product they deserve to be very successful.

RDX T2 Weightlifting Gloves

Ordered RDX T2 Weightlifting Gloves for my boyfriend as a gift. The purchase was smooth, and speedy delivery. The size I ordered turned out to be a bit small, so I returned the item and was sent a larger size. Gloves are doing their job, good grip, great design. Nice price tag as well! Thank you, RDX team for your excellent customer service. The emails were extremely helpful and even seemed personal. I felt like a truly valued customer.

RDX is a lifesaver

I own a sport karate school and have had such a hard time with the major US retailers like Century, Macho, and Bold Look. Between price gouging, bait and switch scams to try to squeeze an extra buck out of me, and the lowering of quality even as prices are higher than ever. RDX has been a god send. Roger has been great to work with, and I just wish I would have made the switch sooner. We're currently discussing making more youth sizes for equipment. I think that RDX could steal a huge portion of the market share for american and european spork karate schools if they offered more youth sizes.

I have very low standards for British…

I have very low expectations for British customer service these days so I was pleasantly suprised when I got a ‘wow’ customer experience moment with RDX. I buy from them regularly but this was the first time I had to contact support, they resolved my issue without any hesitation within minutes of opening the live chat. This is why I’ll continue buying from them. Keep it up guys, carry on setting the standards for great customer service!

QUALITY & CUSTOMER CENTRIC!

Quality of the items I ordered is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure they will last for years to come. Had a slight delay with part of the order as the courier had misplaced it (no fault of RDX) but the team at RDX were quick to resolve the issue and extremely helpful. Other companies should take note, RDX champion customer service. Can’t fault them! I will be returning for more items in the near future.

Very reliable and helpful The shipment arrived quickly, but unfortunately I had chosen the wrong size. The team supported me quickly and easily with the return and exchange. They not only guided me through the process step by step, but also provided me with further information on their own initiative (for example, when the parcel was dropped off at a parcel store). Whenever there was a delay in the process, I was kept up to date by customer service and they also followed up when steps were delayed on my part. Highly recommended.

Great products and customer service

Purchased the RDX F6 6ft Kara Black Free-Standing Punch Bag With Mitts Set for daughter - which looks great so far. Still setting everything up but no mitts so contacted customer service who sent these out the next day. Brilliant customer service - quick to deal with queries/issues, very helpful and efficient. This is now my go to company for fitness/boxing related equipment. Am already eyeing up a couple of other products that are currently out of stock but happy to wait until back in stock.

Super fast delivery, my item arrived the following day. 1 star minus since I did not receive any order confirmation nor tracking number after the payment. I was wondering if my order was placed correctly or if I did a mistake. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and contacted customer service. They directly assisted and informed that my parcel has already arrived - which was true! They sent me nonetheless the missing information and were super fast, friendly and efficient - great customer service!
