I ordered the Two Peas in A Pod necklace for my twin sister. We are turning 60 and I wanted so badly to find the perfect gift as we had not spent our birthday together in many years due to living so far apart. The necklace arrived exquisitely boxed! I brought a Minnie Mouse Pandora tennis bracelet. The bracelet arrived in a timely manner and was everything I wanted it to be. The only downfall was on my part when I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I went into my email and was able to start the exchange process. My replacement cane even faster than the previous bracelet. I am ecstatic with my purchase and the customer service.
So the first problem was a cancellation of my purchase for no reason, and i needed to call twice to your customer service to finalize the order. Then i figured out that I wasnt offered a welcome50 discount on my first order. Then the delivery time was supposed to be overnight according to jewelry price but the order came 4 days after. And the last you didnt provide any authentic certificate for the diamonds even on request. So we are pretty unsatisfied with the service and left feel very unappreciated
