Terrible. First off you pay for P&P. When item arrives looking nothing like the online imagine and have to send it back it charges you. I will never buy from regatta again unless I’m in a charity shop. Their products are not my style and the way they do business puts me off even more.
A customer loses his toe nail after weeks of pain and suffering and I have to write a handwritten letter to the main office in the UK. No apologies, nothing! They wrote that the person who is about to lose its toe has chosen the wrong size! Wow. Really? No words left. Did not expect such a nonchalant reaction. I am done and deeply shocked. Does the word "humanity" exist in this companies structure? Ein Kunde verliert nach wochenlangen Schmerzen und Leiden seinen Zehennagel und ich muss einen handgeschriebenen Brief an die Zentrale in Großbritannien schreiben. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts! Sie haben geschrieben, dass die Person, die kurz davor steht, ihren Zeh zu verlieren, die falsche Größe gewählt hat! Wow. Wirklich? Keine Worte mehr. Mit solch einer lässigen Reaktion hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Ich bin fertig und zutiefst schockiert. Gibt es das Wort „Menschlichkeit“ in dieser Unternehmensstruktur?

Terrible experience … ordered a jacket which was not delivered to my address by Evri. Used webchat to feedback non receipt to Regatta a couple of times no direct reply received. I had paid with Klarna & feedback via them that Regatta still wanted payment. I have written old fashioned pen & paper to customer complaints at Regatta just today requesting they refund me monies paid to date & extinguish debt as they are asking me to pay for goods not received.

I didn't even get to the point of placing the order as the system said my payment details didn't match (well yes they should as I was paying with Paypal!). I had found a coupon for 20%. So the bot told me to clear my cookies and when I did it also cleared my basket and the coupon! As usual, the suppliers are too tight to provide a telephone number to resolve issues like this quickly! Very disappointed!
I have started using regatta’s product about an year ago and I am really happy with the quality and features. I have bought 3 jackets, 1 shoe and 1 cap. 4th jacket I returned because it’s fitting was not up to the mark. But overall I am happy and would buy again and suggest as well.

I’ve placed an order 5 days ago. Two days later I’ve received a message my order was shipped. Today without a word of explanation I recived part of the money back. No order in arrival and with partial refund. Overall a horrible experience. Ragatta I want my money back!
