Richer Sounds customer support helped me exchange a poorly built pair of Bowers and Wilkins headphones (still in the manufacturer’s warranty). They were patient and prompt with all the options available to me. I will stick with them for their after sales support for any future purchases. It’s a really quality service! Bought a tv less than a year ago. I don’t work much due to disability and therefore couldn’t afford the fanciest tv in the shop. I chose one with built in smart speaker that was just under my pay check. Sadly a month after getting it, it broke I reset it and it was ok but still not amazing another month or so same thing happened and it keeps happening. I’m trying to cope with the absolute basics but it’s not ideal. I rang for help and got told I was welcome to use my warranty to get it fixed but it was a waste of time. I shouldn’t bother and the guy made a comment about me buying the cheapest tv they sell. It was all I could afford and it was the one I wanted. I’m not happy at all.

I ordered an item from this Company which a family member requested for their birthday. It wasn't available in the shop but they obtained it from their warehouse & it was ready to collect following day. I left it until the day after (Saturday) & paid for parking in a nearby street so I could collect it. They asked me where I had parked & refunded me the parking fee which they do for ALL customers (up to 3 hrs) as they do not have their own. I thought that was a lovely gesture on their part & overall I had no complaints about the service & kindness of the staff that helped me with my purchase. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
