Just been out in my new Dry robe it’s absolutely gorgeous and cosy too. Barry provided exceptional service and delivery was superb too. Ordered two seat covers. Arrived after emails sent to question it's whereabouts, probably at least a week longer than provided estimate. Once arrived, only one seat cover was shipped. After another week of constant chasing for second, with 1x 'We'll get back to you' and no response, sent an email asking for refund-still no response. After a third email stating that I was going to bank to report, received an email that it would be refunded. Never got refunded for shipping costs of item. Not a company that you want to have to deal with if things go slightly sideways.

Great trustworthy company! I placed an order on here after they come up on a google search and the only place that had the dry robe products that I was after in stock! The prices were actually cheaper than where I have looked on other sites for starters, super fast dispatch and delivery and everything is perfect! Fabulous service, I ordered a dryrobe coat in xl size. Not knowing they were such big sizes. Barry rang me to explain, I would need a medium. Which I didnt think I would be. Fast forward a few days coat arrived today, and fits great. Soso pleased with it. Thanks Barry customer service 10/10

I ordered a Dryrobe from here. I got a call the next day to check that I had ordered the correct size and after discussing my height etc I realised I needed a smaller size! Thank goodness Barry called otherwise it would have been a real hassle to return, order a different size etc. It was then posted that day and I received it the next day and I love it! Ordered a medium but received a phone call to say it would be big on me so they recommend a small. So I went with it. Delivery was next day! It fits perfectly and is lovely and warm when I'm stood on the sideline of my kids rugby & football games! Would highly recommend.

After ordering a helmet from the website, I was able to collect in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately the helmet was too small, however after popping back in and chatting to Barry, he helped me find the right size and changed the lining of the helmet for me free of charge. Definitely recommend for a quick and friendly service 🙂

Ordered loads of roller derby gear for my fiancé and my daughter. Available to collect quicker than told. Unfortunately one set of knee pads were unsuitable.
