Not only was Jody extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but Jody is always smiley and friendly. the shoes I wanted wasn’t available in store as they didn’t have my size. Jody found me the shoes online and even ordered them to store for me. Thank you so much Jody you was brilliant and your amazing at your job. Keep carrying that smile x

I visited the Tamworth store and was helped by Sav. She went over and above without being intrusive. She was so helpful, and I came away with some lovely items. I love shopping at River Island, and this made the in -store experience so much better than shopping online.
I’ve noticed a marked improvement in the design and quality of the goods this season. Mentioned this to staff at the till and they agreed they had also noted an improvement.

I visit mostly Silverburn Glasgow store on a weekly basis . Staff there are absolutely AMAZING, store looks great with decor and lightning . The whole set up of the store as in displays are a pleasure to sift through , everything is easy to find . But most important to me at Silverburn store is the staff go the extra mile for me each time I visit . There is always a great selection of clothes and at affordable prices . Thank you River Island Silverburn 😊

Never shopped there before . As East Kilbride has few baby shops in fact any shops I went in for a baby present. Lovely clothes. Staff helpful and friendly . Will shop there again.
Had an online discount code which was due to expire,asked manager(Sunderland) if I could use in-store, he said yes as I was a good customer 😃
The staff made the visit to the store outstanding for my great Grandaughter, they fussed over her making sure she had a brilliant experience for a simple pair of sandals. River island can consider themselves very lucky to have such staff. The sandals by the way were perfect.

very unhappy with the £2 return charge. i wont be buying from them again. I didnt realise they had introduced this charge when i ordered. They still charge even if the item is damaged! Very bad.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans from River island through Klarna and returned one pair in store. I was concerned that the lady hadn’t returned the item correctly and asked for a receipt- she said that it would be emailed to me but unfortunately I never received an email. Now Klarna has paused this as River island refused my return. I do not want to pay £48 for a pair of jeans I don’t have. I did email River island customer support with order numbers and references, however I haven’t heard any response. Please could someone look into this for me and get it resolved other wise Klarna will take payment and I think this is unfair. I need someone to contact me and not just put as a response to contact River island customer services as I have already and haven’t heard anything back.
