I have items to return, but it is impossible to do on the website. I get the online form partially filled out, but the cannot scroll down to submit it. Also, i submitted a question on the "chat" and was told for $1 which could be refunded, I could chat with someone. I was charged $55 . I contacted my credit card company to cancel. They gave me a number that is supposed to be associated with the payment. When I called that number, they denied having any association with Roselinlin and had no record of my payment. This whole thing is a scam.
I was going to place an order and had met the free shipping purchase requirement. The shipping fee still appeared on my total. I live chatted with a rep and they said they would transfer the chat to someone who would remove the shipping charge but I have to submit my credit card information for a $1.00 refundable fee. WHAT? Sketchy at best! I have never ordered online where the free shipping charge remained after requirement was met. I did not place my order.

Quality is horrible! Feels like a plastic grocery sack. Not embroidered - its printed on the plastic feel fabric. When you try to return, there is no place to "submit", so you have to try to contact someone by chat. They say "it works for me". Its a complete scam
i HAVE NEVER RECIEVED THE DRESS i ORDERD. i HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY UPDATES OR SHIPPING INFORMATION. THE ONLYNTHING I GET IS ENDLESS ADDS. i THINK THIS "COMPANY"IS A SCAM.

Great looking garments. I went exclusively with cotton/linen and have my fingers crossed on sizes. Delivery timeline is a little disappointing.

Many of your clothes have 'linen" in the title but in the "description" it says polyester. you need to fix this. It has caused me not to buy many items. I want linen and cotton, not that slinky polyester you sell. I've trashed quite a few items in the past due to the fabric.

Their website is deceptive. They advertise the items as linen, but the items arrive (a long time later) and are actually polyester.
I ordered a top from Roselinlin because I loved their styles. I was so disappointed in the quality of the fabric that I gave the shirt to Goodwill. I love their styles but hate the low quality of their materials.
The prices and quality of the linen looks amazing. I have not received my order yet as I just made the purchase. Hoping that it arrives soon, I'm excited!
Confusing using coupons, New10, SAVE10 neither seemed to be available when I put the code in at checkout. Otherwise, you'll have to wait to see what my wife thinks, they are gifts. I hope your return policy is good.
