I gave them a 5 star because they work hard to help but I don't like it when they take too long to send your money other than that it's good and in the past they have been 5 star work hard to help make sure you are satisfy with their findings.
Rosewe offers very stylish and comfortable clothing at a reasonable price. They make it easy to return any clothing if needed. I'm glad I came across this website.
The agent was very patient and very efficient and knowledgeable on how to help me.
I returned two items totaling about $80 due to poor quality. When I asked about the status of my refund, i was told poor quality was not a reason for a refund for a return. Instead I was offered a $20 in-store credit to use. The return policy does not state items cannot be returned for poor quality. Speaking with a live agent is like being on a merry-go-round. I keep going in circles. Suffice to say, I will not shop with Rosewe again. Which is unfortunate because of the four items I purchased two of them I really like. Rowewe has lost my business.
The fact that Rosewe has everything I could possibly need right at my fingertips made my experiences great!! Also, I still had a credit in my account from an item that was not available was great to see as well!!
Dharani, was professional, she asked all the right questions, and it didn't take her long to resolve my concerns. KUDOS! It is so hard to get great customer service these days.

Received the product on time and it was so pretty. Quality seemed good too! I had to return it though… I’m a Medium and ordered a Medium based on the size chart, but the fit was still a bit snug. The return process seems easy, I’m waiting to get a refund now.
Since I have been purchasing items from Rosewe and I have never had a problem with this company I love ordering from u, I will continue, until. Ms Hodges.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 4/5/24 and spent over $100. Today is 5/4/24 and I still have not received my items. Their customer service is a joke and will not help you. I’m demanding my money back since I never received my items.
