I was very displeased with the ring I order. It is a lot smaller than I expected. I didn't expect the stones to be larger than they are, but I did expect expect the ring it self to be bigger
The rings are lovely as shown online. I’ve had a purchase from this company before and I was pleased with that ring as well. The con on order is that the rings were a bit small, both fit a little snug, I will be returning one of them, they were for my anniversary. I won’t be able to wear both of them, which is hurtful to me! Thanks

I love my ring! Just what I wanted and was just as pictured. It is a beautiful and dainty ring with my initials engraved beautifully. I have other rings but this is my favorite. It is so easy to order from ross-simons and so easy-to-use their payment plans. Whenever I need to purchase jewelry I will be going online to ross-simons.
The clasp on this bracelet does not reach on one side. It does not secure to the round part of the clasp.

I received the ruby heart stud earrings and they were much smaller than anticipated. They came in a pretty box but they were wrapped in plastic which made it look cheap.

Basic ... cheap jewelry at a cheap price. You get what you pay for. However, I have had a constant blizzard of spam email since my one purchase. I have clicked 'unsubscribe' every time until I realized they won't stop it. So, I rate them at 2, a basic purchase with irritating non stop daily SPAM emails.

I ordered 2 rings for my wife's birthday and paid extra to have them delivered before her birthday. They never arrives. Traced training number which said recipiente requested hold for pickup at station,which o never did. Called rs and I explained to them what happened and rhey said they would investigating. Heard nothing. Called back 4 times and each time I was told I had requested hold for pickup. Finally I spoke to someone in management that said they spoke to ups and I would receive delivery in 2 days. Never received anything. 2 days later received notice from UPS package had been returned to sender. Yesterday saw pending refund on my cc. BEWARE rs nay have cheap jewelery but they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION YOU WILL GO THRU
