I’ve been buying and wearing Rotary watches for 30 years now and the movement is faultless and watch design spot on perfection. I now have a watch for all occasions from diving to posh dining…… my recent purchase was a chronograph quartz movement and I am still practicing how to use the full functions, the leather strap is so comfortable. I may be the few that wears my watch on my right wrist, something I did when a mechanic to stop the crown digging into my backhand whilst performing spanner 🔧 gymnastics to undo bolts…. I’m now retired but can’t switch wrist so odd I shall be 😎

The response from ROTARY offered a replacement watch face (in WHITE) with a choice of number 3 styles BUT at my expense AND with an 11 week waiting time. On writing a 2nd time I was told that my complaint was the only one they had had - which appears, from TRUST PILOT reviews to be incorrect.
The product was delivered in a timely fashion and arrived in good condition. The retailer also made the payment of taxes and duties very convenient by taking care of that and including it in the original invoiced amount.
