I think it’s asking a lot to get excited by the delivery of something I ordered a couple of months ago, but the item duly arrived as expected, well packaged and as predicted.
The company invites contact via email but you cannot click on it and when you paste in the browser you get apologies for expected long waiting time. Well I waiting nearly a week and sent another set but so far no answer at all. Apparently they expect us to call on the telephone and hang around for hours. Makes you wonder what their delivery times are like.
I’m have purchased 10 tableware from the website. 3 of the items are completely broken when I have received.
Communication was good and we were kept informed of delivery date. Appreciated the personal response.

Good value for the items I purchased. Delivery slightly longer than usual given it came from outside the UK but the savings offset that for me. The items (wine glasses) arrived well packed with no issues.

Great price for a product I was finding hard to find elsewhere. I also forgot to add some important info to my postal address and I contacted customer service to ask them to add the missing info for me if it wasn’t too late. They got back to me the next day to say they had contacted Fedex asking them to change it. They even got back to me a second time to confirm that FedEx had successfully made the change which was a great relief as I was worried the parcel I bought as a gift would go missing! Thank you to the great customer service team.
