I ordered a pair of running shoes for a race. The latest delivery date passed. The. I finally had an email saying the shoes weren’t in stock. Communications were then very short, confusing, and impersonal. I would definitely not recommend this company.
Ich bin ein weiterer Besteller aus der Schweiz, der mit unerwarteten Importkosten von CHF 26.95 konfrontiert ist. Bei Bestellung war das nicht erkennbar. Ich finde das absolut intransparent und unredlich.
Köpte ett par asics skor och tyget gick sönder på båda efter ett par turer. Dom bad mig skicka bilder via hemsidan men den fungerar inte. Helt omöjligt att få kontakt med någon där, endast en chat-robot som ställer samma frågor om och om igen och till sist börjar skriva på spanska. Efter några veckors försök har jag nu gett upp, men kommer inte köpa något därifrån igen och kommer ej heller att rekommendera någon annan att göra det

I was a bit skeptical buying from this website as i had seen some negative reviews about them and the parent company Tradeinn, but thankfully i had a great experience. I ordered the Asics Gel-Nimbus 25 running shoes and they were the only company who had the colour i wanted in my size, and they were cheaper than all the other websites i had looked at. I ordered on 16-04-24 and they arrived by 23-04-24. Although they got sent back to post office because no one was home, but i guess that's royal mail not Runnerinn. I didn't have to deal with customer service as the sizing was perfect, and i think thats where a lot of people have issues. Overall great and i would use again, only if i know my size and the style i want.
Eine einzige Katastrophe. Die bestellten Schuhe konnten zuerst nicht zugestellt werden, da ich angeblich nicht zu Hause gewesen wäre. Ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause. Dann hieß es, meine Adresse sei nicht auffindbar. Bisher hat das auch sonst jeder Lieferdienst hinbekommen. Jetzt wird das Paket, anstatt es bei einem Nachbarn oder einer Packstation abzugeben, zurückgesendet und als Retoure gehandhabt. Furchtbar. Kauft hier nicht. Der Kundenservice ist auch unterirdisch schlecht. Man erreicht keine echte Menschen, und das Kontaktformular online ist schlecht auszufüllen. Rate dringend von einem Kauf hier ab

Habe Salomon Schuhe gekauft- soweit alles gut. nach 3 Moanten waren sie defekt. Wollte einen Garantiefall melden. wurde immer wieder auf Ihre Internetseite verwiesen wo ich das machen kann- aber die funktioniert nicht!!! und wenn man darauf aufmerksam macht wird man ignoriert.... die wollen obwohl verpflichtet einfach keine Garantie geben.

Kaikki hyvin kun tilasin ensimmäiset lenkkarit, mutta kun palautin toiset sopimattomat niin ensinnäkin veloitettiin palautuksesta etukäteen 13,99 € nettisivuilla näkyvän ainoan summan 7,99 € sijaan. Ja nyt kun saivat tossut takaisin niin eivät hyvittäneet tilatessa maksettua toimitusmaksua. Siitä(kään) ei ole mainintaa palautusehdoissa. Eli jouduin maksamaan 15 € enemmän kuin mitä heidän nettisivuilla kerrotaan. Mitään vaikutusta reklamoinnilla ei ole kun eivät edes halua ymmärtää että heidän netti antaa valheellista tietoa. Mutta kuluttajaviranomaiset (EU) ottivat asian vakavasti ja alkavat tutkia Runnerinnin toimintaa. Firman vastaus kuvastaa suhtautumista asiaan. Olen yrittänyt asiaa hoitaa supportin ja chatin kautta mutta mitään ei tapahdu. Muuta kuin tuo lisää suuttumusta aiheuttava "olemme pahoillamme..." Sitä sain lukea jo riittävän monta kertaa, höystettynä huonolla Suomen kielen löpinällä, eli käännöskoneen tuotoksella.
I was impressed with the prices on this website so ordered some running shoes. The expected delivery time was quite long (1 1/2 weeks) but I was willing to wait. Once it reached the last day of the expected delivery window and the shoes hadn’t arrived I decided to check the tracking only to see that the parcel had only been posted from Spain today. I am not sure how they ever expected it to arrive in time when they only posted it on the last estimated arrival day. After contacting customer services I was then again sent the tracking information and Told that limited air freight amounts and customs were to blame. I find this to be very poor service and will not buy from them again. It is now 4 days after the last delivery day and I have still not received my shoes or a refund for the postage that I paid but did not receive.

Styr unna - ekstremt dårlig service. Etter å ha ventet i over 16 dager etter leveringsdato på en pakke som aldri dukket opp, ble jeg sendt frem og tilbake mellom Runnerinn og Posten, med påpekning fra Posten om at det var deres ansvar å sende en etterlysning, som de ikke fulgte opp med. Til slutt, en hel måned senere, mottok jeg pakken, men ikke uten å bli overrasket av skjulte tollgebyrer som ikke ble opplyst før etter at kjøpet var gjennomført. Denne totalopplevelsen er helt uakseptabel for enhver kunde. Tydeligvis profitt over kundebehandling. Fortjener ikke mer enn én stjerne.
Worst customer service ever. I tried to contact them over 10 times and put me through the same loop without answer. They didn’t solve my problem. I will NEVER buy anything from them
Ich habe aus der Schweiz bestellt und musste am Ende für CHF 135 noch CHF 27 für die Verzollung bezahlen. Lieferzeit gute zwei Wochen. Schon mehrere Kunden habe das hier geschrieben. Antwort vom Lieferanten: Die Lieferbedingungen seien deklariert. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als Täuschung. Woher soll man bitte wissen, dass die Ware aus NL versendet wird? Und dann auf der Homepage noch ein schönes Schweizer Zeichen. Geht gar nicht. Ganz klar nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Ho ordinato delle scarpe Adidas dal sito , “ apparentemente “ disponibili. Ma nulla di vero ! Fanno risultare il prodotto, ma inesistente al loro magazzino. Lo spediranno solo se un fornitore darà loro disponibilità. Quindi nel frattempo si rimane in attesa e con una loro consegna stimata fasulla! Ho annullato l’ ordine dopo 6 giorni. Sperando che il rimborso avvenga quanto prima!
Cheap enough, but returns cost £11 and take weeks to be refunded. Deliveries take over a week too. I'm sure paying a little extra from the brand's own website would equal much better customer service experience.
