The painting I purchased looked just like the images online, and it was easy to gauge the scale, both because of the provided dimensions and because of the way Saatchi shows the art (above the wooden console). My art was also well packaged, and it shipped and arrived so quickly, in spite of coming from quite far away.

Most of transaction is smooth and fast. Some can have shipping issues since many arts are shipped from overseas. But they have great customer service and arts are pleasing .
Everything was delivered in timely fashion and incredibly well packaged for such a sensitive natured delivery.

The experience of the site was overall pretty good. I do wish that we could sort and filter things in your favorites. The biggest downside is that I feel like I was a bit duped with one of the purchases. It was advertised as a painting but when it arrived there was not a single brush stroke. It’s completely even and flat, no texture at all, as if it was actually just printed on the canvas. That part was so incredibly disappointing. So maybe a better category verification process would be nice.
Almost 3 years waiting to receive my money from Saatchi from sold artwork. It's just a nightmare, the work has been sold, sent and received. What right do you have not to pay the artist? They require tax certificates from artists who have sold their paintings, which seems to me an absolute degradation. Even if artist is not US citizen and has nothing to do with US taxation. Even filling out these certificates, they send you an answer and unsubscriptions that the certificate is incorrectly written. And it's been going on for years (!!!!) There is no such lawlessness on any other platform for the sale of paintings. It's some kind of shameful platform that doesn't pay artists for their work. I’d now purchased three paintings through Saatchi in the past year and have to admit I am very pleased to have done so. They are filling in the gaps and go proudly with my existing artwork! I recommend the site noting I was concerned that when the painting arrived I would be disappointed with the photos I viewed. The concerns were unwarranted. I recommend Saatchi for All the artwork I was able to view in lieu of jumping from gallery to gallery and still not see nearly the numbers I can checkout on this site.

Saatchi is a lovely website when you're ready to graduate from Etsy and move onto more serious pieces. I ordered from an artist in a small town in Portugal and it arrived within one week!
