This company is a scam. They sell you products from these clean companies but it isn't the real product in the bottles/containers. I purchased from the real companies and THEY PRODUCTS ARE DIFFERENT/BETTER. The scents and consistency is very different. I am so angry I bought $250 worth of stuff from safe and chic and they won't let you return. I WONDER WHY.

I really like that the company is trustworthy. I know that products have been carefully vetted as the owner is committed to the vision of safe and chic. Ordering was easy as there were multiple methods of payment available - I had a tricky time with one method and could switch to another. Watch out for any copy cat websites who pretend to be this company - you won't get the same excellent service.
I spent hours online deciding which products to purchase and placed an order. I sent customer “care” an email asking a question about a product I ordered and instead of answering my question they cancelled my order completely. As a sane person I would have not tried to reorder at all due to such a bizarre way of doing business, however they were having a sale and I invested so much of my personal time curating which products to purchase. When I went to immediately place my order again, they were then sold out of one of the main products I focused my order around and I would also be charged shipping whereas before it was free. When I responded to customer “care” why my order was cancelled and now the product was out they still did not answer my questions and did not apologize for a horrible experience. The email responses were also from a nameless representative which is just weird. I ended up finding another site and spent triple the amount I would’ve spent with this company. I would rather spend my money elsewhere and will never recommend this site.
Excellent product selection and fast delivery. Don’t want to feed the Bezos Amazon machine, much happier supporting worthy small businesses and buying healthy products. I Don’t buy products from companies who don’t care about my health!
Last year I made the resolution to start taking care of my skin properly and stop using cheap products with unknown ingredients. I only trust Safe and Chic with my face now and my skin has never been happier!
Safe & Chic always has amazing extraordinary products that both myself and my girlfriend enjoy. They also give really great samples. And some orders even have a surprise full size item as a gift. It really is an awesome store to shop at. Great experience.
