All plants arrived strong and healthy and excellent packaging so no damage to the plants
Four out of five of the plug plants are great, the fifth I can’t imagine it surviving. The connection of the stem to the root is cotton thread thin. Delivery was ok but I was just a day specified not a definite time period.
I usually receive healthy plants from Sarah Raven but this year have had 2 plants arrive in poor condition. My daughter ordered 3 hairs plants for me for Morher’s Day in March. One arrived nearly dead. That was replaced by one more, this too arrived dead…
Sarah Raven plants are generally of high quality and my go-to for online plant purchases. Recently however, I have had a couple of issues; one with plants that hadn't been grown on sufficiently and the other with a package that had been turned upside down at some point during transit. In both cases, I e mailed SR and got a quick reply. I was refunded in the first instance and sent replacement plants the second time. Excellent customer service meaning I will continue to shop with them.
Plants arrived in a soaking wet box, I was in for delivery. Plants all out of pots and in a very poor state. I phoned customer service who offered a refund if plants do not survive. Pleased with result of phone call, we will wait and see.

My order arrived quickly and were well packed so arrived safely. They were a bit wilted when they arrived, which was to be expected, but I have put them on water to pick up.
Very impressed with the plant quality from Sarah Raven, the little Heleniums were only planted out a couple of days ago and they are already taking off! Fantastic.
They did it again! They didn’t send the half part of my order but it shows delivered in my order history. They don’t even reply to my emails although I sent them 3 emails already. I will never come back to your shop, ever!
The sweet peas are in a terrible state, either stems are broken, small plant and on set of seedlings is yellow! Some of the Ammi seedlings were so small and failed to thrive even though they were potted on and put in a greenhouse.
Love the website, like the advice on what goes with the plant you have chosen, really love this business. Plants come sustainably well packaged, don’t like paying postage on one plant though but she does do offers now and again and a £5 off £30 in every delivery.
Most of the plants arrived dead or dying or empty plugs, I called the company & they said they would send me replacements.The rest of my order very delayed to.
I was told 7 working days for delivery. It didn't turn up. I had to chase and was told another 7 working days, I got no e-mail telling me of the delay. Still haven't got it. I wouldn't hav eordered if they had been honest about the likely time delay as I needed the plants urgently for an empty bed!
The tomato plants came much later than I was led to believe when I first ordered them. My existing plants already had tiny tomatoes on them when the new ones eventually arrived. Definitely won’t order those again

Several of the plants - eg 2 x Lemongrass and 3x Sweet basil died a couple of weeks after delivery. If it had been due to my care all would have died.
